Mine is trash now due to sagging, which caused a latch to fail. Thought about replacing bad latch and micro switch but what about the poorly designed front and hinge. Lasted a whole year...wow. Worked ok while it did though. Way overpriced, never again kitchen aide.

It’s okay but not user friendly

I’ve had convection microwaves before and stove so I’m not new to this type of cooking but a user manual on how to use all the functions would be nice!

Late service and rude workers outside of Miguel and Juan who completed the installation.

By the time we installed it this microwave worked for one month and now "runs" but does not heat anything up. We cant even return it because it is past return time table but this should have been fine. It worked perfect for a month which is why I give in 2 stars. Waste of money!!!!

I bought this Microwave Oven 5 years, it broke after 3 years. I bought a new one less than 2 years ago and it broke again. I did not expect this kind of quality in such an expensive appliance. I had a GE one for fraction of this cost and it worked for more than 12 years without an issue for the entire life. I did not purchase extended warranty and I feel like being cheated by KitchenAid.

Trusted KitchenAid brand and paid more for it...no better than the cheap brands.

Best microwave I’ve ever had

It’s very easy to use the convection feature, and cooks very well. Highly recommend! The only thing I don’t like is the panel doesn’t light up at night. With the microwave being black the numbers are hard to see in the dark, but that is my only complaint.
