Purchased microwave and once we got it installed, found out it didn’t work. Kitchen aid came out and replaced the magnetron. Within a year (now outside of manufacture warranty) geek squad had to come out and replace the magnetron again.

The microwave is great. The installation was bad. They had to pay for repairs to my wall.

Stay away from KitchenAid appliances, they are guaranteed to fail in less than 3 years. I have 3-appliances from them and all failed. THis one, the fan stop working. I only have 2 out of 3 that has extended warranty. I thought KitchenAid is reputable but they're reputation is just to sell an expensive product that below quality.

Looks are deceiving. I purchased this to replace the same old one I've had for 7 years. It broke on my the 2nd year in but didn't have warrantee so i decided not to fix it. The sensor thinks the door is open when it's closed so it wouldn't start. Takes several tries before it senses it's closed. Selling my place so i had to replace the old one. New ones turntable broke after 3 weeks. getting it replaced.

Microwave/convection oven very user friendly......

Works well but very noisy when using the conversation oven. Install was fairly easy.

The magnatron went out within the first year. While it was still under Kitchenaid warranty, Kitchenaid's repair contractor was difficult to schedule and work with. Also, touch screen is so sensitive that it's hard to clean the glass front without turning something on.

After checking several reviews, I bought this microwave. It is well made. The door structure is different than the other microwaves making it less likely to fail ( which is what our old one did). We have been very happy with this microwave.

I had a situation where I bought a microwave during the pandemic. I had it delivered because I am immune compromised and my husband has difficulty walkingl the microwave was too large and didn’t fit our decor. I couldn’t get my contractor to get it in because he was so backed up. So I could see that it stuck out to far. I called to see if I could get it picked up and she said I was outside of the return window and that I have to take it to the store and even then they may not take it back. And as I have just said I can’t get it into my car so I guess I’m stuck with a $599.00 microwave. Not shopping there again for a major appliance. Especially during this pandemic.

We purchased this expensive product from BestBuy December 2016. After 3 years and 5 months of use, the doors and the handle are broken. The microwave is made with poor plastic materials that breaks easily. Also Kitchen Aid has a very expensive warranty on this product. We are planning to replace it because of the expensive repairs.

Great microwave from a good company. Not many microwaves made in white anymore. Purchased on recommendation from family member.

It vents out strong air from exhaust fan to the room but it barely sucks the smoke and smell from the cook top. I don't think this is an installation issue but technical issue or defect.

I bought this a year ago for a whirpool that died. It is ok but I really don't like it. The whirlpool did bacon better. The convection feature has not proven useful for me. And the price even on sale was mega meh. Big knock to Best Buy install. They took my owner's manual so I might not be using this to its full extent.

We had this installed and in 1 and a half years they were out to repair it 9 times. It keep breaking down. We probably lost the use of it for at least 3 months during the year and a half we had it.

The kitchen aid broke down after owning only 2 months. It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten it repaired. They keep sending broken parts to the warranty repair company that they are using. The "oven" part works, but the microwave broke. Would never buy another kitchenaid and expect them to fix things in a timely manner.

I love it, so universal and great space, able to cook multiple dishes at once.

My purchase was returned because of the inability of your people to get the product to me and install it . There was delayed shipping, damaged product, and an inability of your people to install my purchase.

Finally took the least damaged one, Best Buy tried to keep ordering but I finally gave up.

This Kitchenaid Over head range the component burnt up in least than 2 years. Will never by a Kitchenaid again. The Kitchenaid Tech came out and charge me 129.00 service fee. The total bill to fix the Unit would of cost me 529.00.

Arrived broken. Fixed. Broke again after 2 months. Lemon? Who knows at this point.
