    Keeps breaking

    Poor quality. Keeps breaking. Had board replaced first year and still only works when it feels like ( often all you get is sound of clicked buttons and it will not start). Total lemon. Expected more from the brand. After 3 years of fighting it we are ready to go back to Whirlpool that worked for years.

    We had this microwave for 4 years and broke down

    We had this microwave for 4 years and had the door switch go on us after 2 years and now the the microwave is not heating up. Service was called and was told the magnetron needs to be replaced. This is a $300 cost to repair. Not happy with kitchenaid. I have had numerous problems with their refrigerator as well.

    Never Again

    Would NEVER buy another Kitchen Aid product. This unit required at least 4 service calls and a final replacement under warranty. The convection over took for ever to heat up. The microwave would ofter times not work. The light wouldn't come on.

    Ok at best when it comes to quality control.

    Not happy with it. Overall ok but Magnetron going out in just two years points to quality control or the lack thereof. What is the point of buying a premium brand when they behave the same way as the cheaper options out there? The last KitchenAid microwave ( main reason we got another) lasted 10 years without any issues. This one needed a new Magnetron in less than 4.

    Bad microwave

    Not a good microwave. It sparks and the vent doesnt work well and yes the blower was installed in the correct direction. Dont buy this!
