Very nice coffee maker like you'd expect from KitchenAid. I like the reusable filter. The only downsides are 1) it is quite large so it might not fit in some smaller spaces and can't conveniently tuck under the cupboard And 2) it comes wrapped so airtight that it smells very strongly of plastic. I had to throw out the first pot of brewed coffee because I didn't wait long enough for the plastic fumes to dissapate.

Great coffee maker works great and brews fast in under 7 or 8 minutes.

Got this for my husband. He said that coffee brews faster and tastes better than the previous one we had it (Cuisinart).

It produces a very smooth cup of coffee. I only wish we could keep the pot warming the coffee after the 2 hour limit.

It's new so far so good. It shuts off early, it doesn't stay on after two hours.

I replaced my Cuisinart coffee maker with this one and immediately noticed how much better my coffee tasted. I use the paper filters and have not used the gold filter that came with it. I really like the removable water reservoir for filling it with water. No more pouring water into the pot and making a mess. The only drawback is it somewhat large. Don’t know about the quality yet as I have only had it a month. The color is nice too.

Clock does not work correctly. It stops when the coffee brews. Then picks up where it left off. This makes autobrew take longer each time because you will have to reset the clock each time. There is an auto shut off after two hours. And there is no way to keep it hot after that. The only way to turn the burner/warmer back on is to brew more coffee. Coffee tastes good when brewed.

Good for home use but not for an office. Only stays on for two hours before it shuts off.

Love this coffee pot.. It looks nice coffee stays hot and it has an auto brew on it so I wake up to my coffee .I love my Kitchen Aid appliances and gadgets.
