Bought on Dec. 30, 2025. Loved it. I didn’t even use it every day. And now it wont brew. Tried to use it about a week ago. It would come on and act like it would brew (screen worked) and nothing would happen. I normally lice Kitchen Aid everything. So sad. I bought a more expensive coffee pot and I only used it maybe ten days since i don’t make coffee every day. $130 down the drain.

It's new so far so good. It shuts off early, it doesn't stay on after two hours.

Got this for my husband. He said that coffee brews faster and tastes better than the previous one we had it (Cuisinart).

It produces a very smooth cup of coffee. I only wish we could keep the pot warming the coffee after the 2 hour limit.

We love this coffee maker. Very substantial and makes good coffee. I haven't yet had it long enough to go through a cleaning cycle, but I'm sure it will go smoothly, just like the brew cycles, whether they are timed or not. And, love the grey color which matches the kitchen counter and appliances.

the kitchenaid 12 cup coffe maker is easy to program the auto timer it is also easy to set the time .

Clock does not work correctly. It stops when the coffee brews. Then picks up where it left off. This makes autobrew take longer each time because you will have to reset the clock each time. There is an auto shut off after two hours. And there is no way to keep it hot after that. The only way to turn the burner/warmer back on is to brew more coffee. Coffee tastes good when brewed.

Good for home use but not for an office. Only stays on for two hours before it shuts off.
