Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this less than a year ago for my son and daughter (in law)'s baby shower because more than 2 people drink coffee. the bottom of the pot has a crack with a slow leak (happened within 3 months of buying and was on a 2 hour wait with BB customer service, sent an email with no response) the coffee filter broke after 6 months of use. 1 pot of coffee made per day, so not over used and am now replacing it completely. Not worth the money I paid for it.

The only reason I am returning it is "according to kitchenaid" As a safety caution--after the two hour warming time it shuts off. They do not offer the keep warm feature. I do not want to have to warm my coffee in the microwave every time I want a cup

Like one of those dribble cups they once sold in toy & magic shops. Also the design seems to favor right handers. I was not able to look past these 2 flaws, sorry.
