I was able to cut up, slice, and chop multiple different vegetables with ease. I really like the simple blade height adjustment know that lets me change between paper thin all the way to nice and chunky with just a simple twist. The only thing I don't like about it is the feed chute. The feed chute has 3 different sizes to accommodate various sized items, but it always seemed slightly to big or slightly to small depending on what I wanted to cut up. This was easily fixed by simply cutting whatever lengthwise with a knife before inserting it into the processor, but it would be nice if a few more sizes were available to switch out instead. Plus the opening isn't large enough to slice up full sized potatoes for making potato chips or Au Gratin. Other than that I really like it.
