Love this refrigerator! It’s great for organizing your fridge/freezer. Very nice size door storage. Bottom door storage can hold milk, oh, & a bottle of wine. The drawers are deep. The freezer drawers are my favorite. Other freezers I’ve had in the past were just 1 big drawer and you had to dig to find things. This system is so much nicer. I thought I would miss not having water & ice maker on the outside of the door, however I don’t. I definitely don’t miss the mess it made or the issues with the lines going bad on competitive models. I bought a zero water pitcher to keep in the fridge and it works great. This fridge is great and keeps items very cold.

So far, we really like this fridge. Plenty of space, looks nice, and I’d say the only down size is that we thought it wouldn’t stick out as far being that it is counter-depth. But that still doesn’t bother us too much. Refrigerators were surprising hard to shop for but a big part of that was that it was all online, sight unseen. We’re glad we settled on this one.

Beautiful fridge! Layout is so nice. Is a counter depth fridge so not super deep, not a complaint because this is exactly what we wanted. Looks super great! Was packaged beautifully no damage. One complaint is I paid for the water line and did not receive it. Just make sure you get everything before the delivery guy leaves

In love with the color and the wood accent it has inside, gives it a bit of character. Fit perfectly for a tight small countertop fit. Looking forward to see how well it last over the years.

Great Refrigerator! Not only does it look great on the outside but the inside is just as visually appealing. This refrigerator brand doesn't make cell phones or tv's so you know it's built to last!

Beautiful Refrigerator no complaints at all. Leaps and bounds better than our last one. Only been using it a few weeks but the whole family has enjoyed it.

The fellows called in a timely fashion. Removed the old fridge and set the new one up quickly. Then they gave me a quick tutorial. They cleaned all the mess and were gone!

I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy. The absolute worst customer service of any company ever. The refrigerator seems to work fine, but it was not in “excellent” condition as advertised, and had several large dents and scratches on the stainless steel doors. Not only did I pay the price for the like new “excellent” condition fridge, but when I called to complain and seek a remedy, I was told by customer service that they couldn’t help me because it was an open box item. They also said there’s no way to call anyone at the store and I’d have to drive back there (an hour) to talk to someone in person about the issue. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to see any of the damage until I got it home and unwrapped it. I had to accept the item curbside without looking at it because they brought it out all bubble wrapped up, hiding the damage. I also had to rent a box truck to pick it up because they didn’t have any delivery options. So basically it’s a lose lose for me. My options are keep the ugly damaged fridge at the price I paid for “excellent” condition, or try to return it at my expense with another truck rental.. so throw away $400. When I explained this to two different customer service people, they didn’t care and said my only option was to drive back to the store and try to talk to someone there. Without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There is no customer service.

Best Buy didn’t deliver this product no call no show. I go to the store to ask about it and it’s in lockdown. Geek squad was supposed to deliver it. It had a damaged cord so they didn’t. I still wanted it but no we can’t even give your money back. 2 days later still nothing.

I have only had this refrigerator for about a week, so it is too early to speak to its longevity. However, from a style, performance, and features standpoint it meets my expectations. My primary reason for selecting this specific model was style/aesthetics. I like the sleek look imparted by the use of recessed grab areas in lieu of handles and absence of an in-door water+ice dispenser. The four-door configuration, along with the shallower counter depth, helps this free-standing refrigerator look more like a built-in unit. And the inside is also finished much more nicely than any other refrigerator I've seen. From a performance perspective, the unit cools well and maintains good temperature control of the refrigerator and two independent freezer compartments. It is also very quiet... this may be partly from the unusual way it dissipates heat - a significant amount of heat is shed through passive convection and radiation from the sides of the cabinet. Features-wise, this refrigerator meets my needs, but there are a few trade-offs for the sleek look that others might find unacceptable. First, the slim counter depth means there is not a ton of space (the space you do get is thoughtfully laid out usable, but larger items like frozen pizzas/etc can be tricky to fit in the freezer). There is no water dispenser, so plan on leaving room for a Brita or similar filtering pitcher. And the ice dispenser is internal, so you have to open the freezer to access your ice.

Counter depth and sleek minimal dimensions aligned with kitchen cutout constraints —check. Equally beautiful outside and inside—check. Unique (4 no-handle doors, wood accents, sliding trays & bins, knurled steel knobs, grey interior)—-check. On sale and available inventory delivered in days— check. Quiet, ice maker and sub 0 temp capability—check, check, check. After much research, comparison, and pause, we’re satisfied with no regret and would buy again.

I spent a lot of time reviewing the Kitchenaid fridges because all my other appliances are Kitchenaid. We finally decided on this smaller fridge due to the size of our house. Yes, it is noticeably smaller than a standard fridge but we got used to it. The ice maker works just fine amd minimal noise (some reviews had complaints about it). No water dispenser which I would like to have had. We like the higher quality of the inside but you do pay for it! I wanted the nicer stainless look inside than the plastic white of the cheaper models. Overall, no regrets.

First, freezer doors on the bottom rather than a freezer door is a great solution. Then taking the next step of separate freezer zones makes this an even more useful appliance. At counter depth there is still plenty of space and everything is very accessible. I am enjoying the product so far and look forward to years of use.

This refrigerator not only looks great but it is very quiet and keeps everything very cold. The four doors are very convenient with the freezer doors on the bottom it makes access great for seniors.

This refrigerator is so nice! I love everything about it. The drawers are beautiful with wood grain. Its perfect temperature. Instructions are easy. The design is beautiful and efficient. When we first powered it on the sides get hot for a bit. Evidently thats how the kitchenaid works. But soon it cooled down and everything works perfectly. So just trust the process and enjoy this beautiful addition to your kitchen!!!

Great refrigerator. Very stylish . My only complaint is the ice maker will continue to make ice, even when full, causing it to overflow if you don’t turn it off. Other than that, great refrigerator

This is a gorgeous appliance. It is functionally small but that's what you get with counter depth appliances. The ice maker could benefit from a slightly larger tray. I wish at least one side of doors could fit a gallon jug. You have to be smart about food placement here as you have little room for error to make everything fit but a little forethought goes a long way. Do recognize that even though this model includes and ice maker, it does not include a water dispenser. The quality and craftsmanship are above average and I expect this refrigerator to last at least as long as my last 20 year old KitchenAid. It's advanced yet simple. Elegant and functional. So far living this purchase.
