This refrigerator was long awaited due to covid. I finally got it and it's everything I needed. It fits a non standard space well. It's free of any issues. If I could change/add anything it would be too make the water dispenser a cold delivery system. It's very spacious for it's size. When I transferred food items from my old fridge I still had space left. The organization system inside helps immensely. When you need space for taller items the adjustable shelves make ease of producing the space needed. I have double the freezer space now because of the organizing system and the icemaker makes more than an adequate amount of ice. The unit is quiet and very well lit inside. I love this fridge and it completes a long waited ensemble.

This fridge is better than the competitors, style and capabilities. The water dispenser on the inside is better than the cafe because you don't need 2 hands. That alone is worth it. Couldn't be happier with all of my new Kitchenaid appliances :)

My only disappointments are with the appearance of the interior body and the lighting. The interior body is cheaply manufactured for the price. It is manufactured by whirlpool which sells for a few hundred dollars less. Because of my limited space it's the only french door refrigerator that fits perfectly. The refrigerator interior lighting is white led and the freezer lighting is soft white. One looks white the other yellowish. It is perfect if you have limited space and it has a large interior. I do like the drawers and shelves. Although, it was short one gray door shelve liner. Best Buy uses a third party provider to deliver and install the large appliances. My installation involved leveling the refrigerator, attaching the handles and plugging it into the outlet. I was left with removing the exterior film, the plastic around the handles and doors, and the tape and cardboard in the inside.

This is a very nice small-sized French Door fridge. It fits everything nicely and I love having the water dispenser inside of the refrigerator instead of in the door. Freezer is a little tricky and hard to pack, but once you figure it out it isn't so bad.

I was worried it may be too small but it fit perfect as it has many adjustable shelves. I love that I finally have an ice maker and water filter inside the fridge helps. The left door needs a little push when closing. If you don't, it will stay open. Glady there is a beeping reminder when this occurs as we were getting used to the fridge. The delivery process was challenging as they never got an update to my contact # so my first delivery date I was waiting all day with no update. I also like that my I can still use magnets on the fridge. The handles are also solid. I love that on kitchen aid appliances.

pro - nice design - KitchenAid was the only brand whose French door fridges didn't need too much extra room to open due to it's hinge design con - looks big from the outside, but the inside holds less than my old fridge (which was a 2 door top freezer fridge). The French doors do not swing open all the way. Freezer also has less storage space.

This is a nice looking fridge in a hard-to-find size, but these are literally the only good things about this product. Whirlpool used to be a quality US manufacturer, but their current products and customer service are complete trash. After being in my home for only six weeks, the compressor on this $2200 fridge went bad. The fridge is now making loud buzzing sounds every few minutes and I had to throw out over $200 in groceries. I called on Monday to report the fridge wasn’t cooling and the compressor appeared faulty. I took time off work to wait for a warranty tech on Wednesday, only to be told the part is back ordered and may not be available for a full month. Best Buy did nothing to help, since the purchase is more than 15 days ago. I spent most of today dealing with customer service from Kitchenaid. I was put on hold multiple times, once for nearly an hour. The rep I spoke with, Danielle, was incredibly unhelpful and blatantly condescending. She confirmed that, while they currently have the item I bought in stock, they will not replace it as their internal rules state they have FIFTEEN BUSINESS DAYS to attempt to source a part, and only then will they place a replacement order. When I asked the reasonable question of “how many days will it actually take for me to have a fridge that works?” she was unable to provide ANY answer. So, basically, I had no choice but to go to Home Depot and buy ANOTHER fridge so my kids can have milk in the next month. I will never again buy another Whirlpool product. Nor will I be giving Best Buy another cent.

We bought this fridge because we were limited for space and needed this to fit up the stairs of a very old house with a winding staircase, which it did. We were pleasantly surprised at how well it works, keeps everything cool, enough space for a household of two people. We did not get the ice maker so no info on that.

I purchased this French Door Refrigerator as it was one of the few that would fit the narrow space in my kitchen. It looks fantastic and works wonderfully. The storage space is ample and the water dispenser has proven to be much more appreciated than I would've first anticipated. I find that I hardly ever use the freezer portion and really can't imagine how often I used to have to bend and sift through the lower parts of my old top-unit freezer. The cooling zones work quite well and I am very pleased overall.

I really love this refrigerator! It looks small and feature less but once you get it home you will see that this refrigerator has all the same features that a refrigerator double it size has. The inside water dispenser removes the need for all of the ugly controls on the front of the refrigerator. It looks good but does not break the bank!

I wanted a fridge with French doors and a bottom freezer drawer. This was the only one I could find in this size. Just delivered yesterday so I don’t have much feedback on operating systems yet. Nice looking unit, however the printless stainless steel is a joke. It shows all fingerprints and you have to use soap,and water to remove and wipe with a towel sideways with the grain. No paper towels. Hard to get all areas with the handles in the way. I don’t have small children so this isn’t much of an issue for me, but if you have little ones and you hate the look of prints all over, this is not for you.

This fridge looks great, has good shelving and lots of space for the size. This is the first time we have had a bottom drawer freezer - I was concerned it might be inconvenient however there is adequate space to fit frozen foods and freezer packs for lunch, camping and injuries! We had dimension requirements and this fits perfectly and looks amazing!

We have had this refrigerator less than 5 years. There is some sort of water drainage system, and I am not sure if it is from the ice maker or the automatic water dispenser, but the issue in this model, is that the drainage area gets clogged, which then means a large sheet of ice forms on the base of the freezer. This ice has to be chipped out with a utensil that is hard enough to brake the ice up, but not sharp enough to damage the surface of the refrigerator. Everything in the freezer is covered in a coating of frost. They have been out once to fix this and I thought we were good to go. It is doing it again. I know we are in a pandemic, but the repair experience with Best Buy this time around is a nightmare. They are farming out the work to local companies, and let's just say the first time it was scheduled for repair with a confirmation number and order number, they just did not bother to show up. Hours on the phone with them that day, missed work. promises that they were coming and they never did. It was rescheduled and we were just notified with no effort to look at our schedule that it was being rescheduled. The third attempt to get this fixed is tomorrow. I am not holding my breath. The seal to the freezer has now been impacted because of this and my wood floors are getting damaged due to the constant water on the floor. This is really a disappointment. I love the refrigerator as far as features and usability, but the workmanship and service is less than stellar. If Geek Squad were on this it would be better. Thank God I bought the extended warranty. It is almost over so I am wondering if refrigerators need to be replaced every couple of years now. I used to be a die hard, dedicated Best Buy shopper, but after this.....not so sure. Buyer Beware.

Really nice fridge, with a nice storage system. There is a two tier bottom freezer, which is nice for storing away hidden treats from the kids. The top tier of the fridge has nice sliding shelving that accommodates whatever you are currently storing.

Reading through the reviews prior to purchasing I thought this would be a perfect option for my space, while the fit is spot on the freezer has started to defrost my items twice now. Has anyone else had the experience??

Needed a repair the first day..the ice maker was improperly installed at the factory. Water leaking everywhere. The fill tube was in backwards. The door bins are more flimsy than the larger versions of the same refrigerator and almost the same price..19.7 cubic ft. Vs22 cubic ft..Love the look of this refrigerator and bought Kitchenaid as we had a very good experience with our previous refrigerator.

Fridge is nice, needed the smaller size for our cabin and everything works/looks great. Fridge is 5/5. On a side note the delivery team that Best Buy used was a mess. Missed the delivery appointment 3 times, couldn't get up my driveway with their truck, had to use my truck to get it to my door then they couldn't haul away the old fridge because they said they couldn't fit it in...

Out of all the fridge options out there, I only had 3 options for what I wanted - 30" french door with ice and water. This one, which I ultimately purchased, a Whirlpool and an Ikea model, which is this kitchenaid with different handles (made by Whirlpool corp). I chose this one because of the good reviews for Kitchenaid brand, it's made in the US, and the adjustable shelves allow for many options to configure and store items of various sizes inside. I also like the sleeker look of the front when the water dispenser is located inside the fridge, which this one has. Overall I love it!

Actually looks small inside but shelves adjust nicely and with door bins it holds more than my old traditional fridge and everything is more accessible. Love freezer on the bottom! Was not crazy about having to special order and pay premium price for smaller fridge. Would have rather had counter depth for the price but it would not fit existing cabinets. Purchased with matching stove and dish washer. They really upgraded look of kitchen.

Love my Kitchen Aid refrigerator!! The Ice maker and the water dispenser inside are a great feature.
