Purchased the 19.8 Cu Ft refrigerator to replace our 26 year old 24 Cu Ft GE Profile Side by Side. It had the best features and quality closer to our old refrigerator The Cons: Giving 4 stars because even though it has virtually the same exterior dimensions, it has less Cu Ft. so we are adjusting to not having as much storage. Key is the fact that the shelves are 14 in deep vs 15.5 on the old refrigerator. Also the shelves do not have any real adjustability, where as our old GE we could move the shelves wherever we wanted. The meat and produce drawers are also not as deep. Pros: Lighting inside is fantastic, much better than on all the other models we looked at, and the interior is white, not the new "designer gray". This refrigerator is also much more quiet than our old one and does an excellent job maintaining temperature. The water and ice dispenser also work very well. This refrigerator is also promising to be more energy efficient. The appliance sales staff and manager Soral Ung at the Tustin Best Buy were also amazing and get 10 STARS. I had ordered the refrigerator at Best Buy online after Home Depot failed to come through on the delivery of a refrigerator. A couple days later I went to the Best Buy store in Tustin to make sure I did the order correctly, not wanting any problems. Soral greeted me at the door and I asked him to check my order. He noticed I had paid full price and said there were in store deals he could offer. They canceled the order and got me a sale price that saved me over $1000. They also were able to save me money on the 5 year extended warranty. Delivery went smoothly and the two gentlemen carried the refrigerator in so as to not damage our hardwood floors. Overall I cannot say enough good things about the Best Buy sales experience from the Tustin store. As an aside, I referred a neighbor to speak to Soral about her broken refrigerator and he saved her on a warranty repair, she was not aware of. This is what customer service is!

Great refrigerator and freezer. Very quiet too. The guys who installed it were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. We love our new appliance!

The refrigerator met all my expectations and more. It is attractive and best...it works perfectly. I had wanted to downsize to a counter depth machine and this machine is perfect. I love the amount of space in the fridge despite it being smaller than my other machine. It looks great and has completed our kitchen after we purchased both a Kitchen Aid Stove and Microwave. They look great together!

Refrigerator is stylish but the seal is defective. A new refrigerator is on the way.

Light bulb went out wirhin a month. Tuens out moisture gets unstr it and freezes. Pushed the light out into thr frige box! At 4 yeara old, i emakwr stopped working. Technician could not determine why! Tuens out idiots at kitchenaid/whirlpool designed the wires that go up to thr icemaker through the bottom hinge which makes them vulnerable to beinf pinched daily and breaking by opening ans shutting the freezer door. Truly moron engineering at its best

So far, so good! Everything is working well. We had our previous KitchenAid refrigerator for over 20 years and it proved to be very high quality. This one doesn't have as much "heft" to it for drawers and shelves, but I really like the lighting and organization. This is a smaller version than others we looked at, but it fits nicely in the space - we would have had to redo cabinetry to accommodate a taller model.

This refrigerator is a high quality appliance. Stainless steel finish looks great. Fingerprint protection is very good. Unit is quiet. Ice maker works well. High quality interior. I needed a unit smaller in depth. This refrigerator exceeded my expectations. Recommend.

This refrigerator is beautiful. The shelves aren’t too deep so you can get things behind other things easily. I love the wine rack inside the fridge. Freezer is also spacious. My only issue is that the ice making process is slow.

I haven't had this refrigerator very long, so I can't speak to its durability, but I really like its interior layout and exterior style. It truly is countertop depth, but opens without hitting the adjacent counters.

Very nice refrigerator. I was limited to height including the top hinges so this was a great find for the space. The refrigerator and ice maker work great. The cold level is better than most. I got lucky with the limited space that I had.

The fridge is great, no issues. The only complaint we have is with the third-party delivery/installers. They were rude, uncooperative. Had to tip them an extra $50 to move the old fridge into the garage.

The motor hums a little louder than my previous refrigerator. Water dispenser seems a little too sensitive and stops prematurely when manually used. I am still adjusting to it and may not even notice these items in another week.

Love the refrigerator. Delivery team was on-time and efficient. Great and professional setup. Thankfully we used BestBuy to purchase. I’ve always had great luck with their appliance department. There were delays in fulfillment from the manufacturer. But BestBuy kept us posted. After sales support from Whirlpool is non-existent for follow up questions and hence the lower rating on value. Called bestbuy and their geek squad provided better service. So far, very happy with this product.

Had some installation issues, as I needed certain equipment to do final installation which I had not been informed at time of order. Once all hookup items items were secured, all went well.

This was our second refrigerator purchased from Best Buy and it is a perfect replacement for the one that died. The first one that we purchased had very little flexibility, you couldn't stand up a bottle of wine in it and storage capability was minimal.

The refrigerator arrived with a small dent on the door. The delivery employee noted the dent and took pictures and said that someone would call us to find a solution. I patiently waited almost four weeks and then called Best Buy. After hours of getting passed around from one rep to another Best Buy is doing nothing about it. The reason is that I failed to call them with in fifteen day's. Their window for exchange and returns. Even though they have all the documentation from their delivery person. What a scam! Will never be a customer of Best Buy again! Will go out of my way to warn others as well.

Wish I could give this more stars but they just don’t make appliances to last. We had one of these and it only lasted 3 years. Love the product just wish it was built to last.

Nice looking, counter depth, side by side, decent interior capacity

This is an amazing refrigerator and Best Buy is the best place to buy all your appliances! Their team is professional and so easy to work with, knowledgable and professional!!!!

Love it. It was a downsize but kept old one in garage to make up for it and love the counter depth. No more fridge sticking out into the kitchen.
