Our fixed cabinet space only allowed a few options. This was the best and worked out well.

Stylish Fridge

I found this model while searching for a narrow refrigerator. There are other fridges in this category, but nothing compared in style. The ability to chose the location of the handle ultimately sold me because I don't like the visible plugs that come on the fridges with removable handles. I was surprised that there was no ice maker (an optional add-on) considering that units 1/2 the cost come with them. Overall, this fits the bill and looks very nice in my little kitchen / bar area.

Told me that they did not deliver because it open box. So I had to hire someone to pick up. Then I went to another best best and try sell me an open box and i said no because you do deliver then. We deliver open box as long as it 399 or . Well my last purchase was over 399. So What is the company policy?

Poor Interior Quality and Design

Pros - Appearance and keeps food cold.
Cons - Too much space taken up by drawers and shelves, the divided shelves impede below storage space, temp control cutout takes away space and vision on top, door storage bins seem inadequate, quality of all drawers (fridge and freezer) are poor, and the refrigerator seem short.
The refrigerator comes with a ton of shelves and door bins - We probably only use half of them because we found using all of them limits storage space, i.e. we only use two of four shelves because there isn't enough height and the shelf brackets are too big to fit groceries adequately and same goes for the door bins as a bottle of ketchup or milk would not fit without hitting the above bin. The two pull out bins in the refrigerator are tall but are not deep enough to storage more than a couple items. The long cheese drawer will pull out fully because of poor design. The wire baskets in the freezer make the it overall feel cheap.
Overall I wish the refrigerator was taller and that the interior was better designed with quality and space optimization in mind. We thought we were upgrading the appliances in our new home with the Kitchenaid brand but wish we would have went in another direction.
