Another excellent, well-made Kitchen Aid product. I like the solid feel of the handle, buttons, and other components. Cooking sensor modes actually work as intended. You really get what you pay for with this product. Reliable, and I’m sure it will last for at least a decade with no issues.

Love this microwave. I'm still trying to figure out some features. I like the look of the inside and outside.

This purchase was well worth the money. The only thing I don’t like about is it doesn’t have a quick minute setting that I’ve found on other models.

Goes with my new range. Works great, was super easy to install ( though it's heavy, so have someone help) and I like the sound it makes when the timer is complete.

Love it but I don’t like the tray inside of the microwave .

Good product and price. The issue it’s only in stainless stain and does not match the refrigerator and dishwasher which came in printproof stainless steel. The product color and finishes does not match. Disappointed and might be returned. The sales person did not inform me the color/finish would not match

The stainless steel model we purchased is attractive and has ample features. Read a number of reviews before purchasing this model and they we’re generally on point. It was definitely an upgrade from our previous microwave. It is quiet, reliable, and has adequate power.

Bought this to replace a 10 year old Frigidaire that was a bit smaller. I like the way this looks and feels-the door feels solid and the interior has a nice finish. It is VERY quiet when cooking, and there have been no issues with cold and hot spots or spattering that were common when using our previous microwave. I disabled the extended "beepity beep" that sounds when food is done heating as it was kind of annoying to me. I've used the sensor cook option and it has worked well for heating frozen entrees. This is not the cheapest option out there, and it is a cut above the more utilitarian models I've had before.

This microwave looks great and matches my refrigerator. It was easy to install. It seems to work very well and the controls are intuitive.

Ordered online and received 2 days later. (much to my surprise) Straight forward install, not too complicated at all. Very nice unit, looks great works well! My hot pockets never tasted so good! kidding...

Replaced a 13 year old Panasonic microwave. Got this KitchenAid on sale after reading some really good reviews on line. The sale price seemed too good to pass up. Now that I've used it a few weeks, I am so happy I would even be willing to pay the suggested retail price from KitchenAid. The sensor buttons are amazing... I soften and melt butter, soften a half gallon of hard frozen ice cream to the perfect consistency, heat pizza, pop popcorn, bake potatoes, cook rice and everything has turned out like fresh oven-baked. It is super-quiet since most things I cook I do not use the fan. The fan is quieter than my last microwave. The only thing I would change is the light under the microwave to light up the oven underneath. It should be at the front of the underside, not at the back. Doesn't really light up my stove-top. I'd re-buy this item with no regrets!

My son had one of these and we liked it so we bought one too. Absolutely love it. It’s bigger inside, more power and the sensor heating/warming is the best invention ever. Would recommend for anyone wanting a new microwave.

Microwave matches my older Kitchen Aide appliances perfectly, which was very important to me. Easy to use and keep clean. This microwave replaced a previous Kitchen Aide model that lasted only 5 years from the date of purchase. I have hopes this one will last much longer. It does seem more powerful than my old one.

this is by far the most quiet unit I have ever experienced,and it does what it is supposed to ,quietly,and faster than most,so uses less electricity,it is also a fine looking unit,with a matching handle to the other appliances in the room it has an auto fan feature to keep it cool when range temps are high,and plays a pleasant little tune when the cooking is done.

My Dad’s microwave gave out the day before Christmas. We bought this and couldn’t be more happy. It is so powerful, easy to control, and the design makes for easy cleanup. It blends in with other appliances that may not be in the same suite as well.

Excellent and dependable service by Best Buy. The installation was on-time and well done. The KitchenAid microwave is has a sleek design, is relatively quiet during operation, and the sensor cooking is quite effective.

We love KitchenAid appliances and to get this under $500 was a great deal. It works great and looks very sleek in our kitchen along with the other KitchenAid appliances we got at Best Buy. The really nice thing is that when we bought this it was $499 on sale and then two weeks later, it went to $449. Best Buy credited us $50 for the lower price. They were great about the price match in their own store!

I purchased this same model number six years ago in 2018. It recently became unreliable. About 10% of the time the lightbulb would not come on when I opened the door, which meant that it would not turn on. I had a repairman out who told me I needed a new switch, and that would cost over $400. So I chose to buy this new microwave. I was so lucky to find that Best Buy had the same model number. When the delivery person came out, he was very pleased to see that the installation was so easy. It fit right on the same anchor that was on the wall before. He and his partner only needed about 20 minutes for the complete installation. And they hauled away my old one. It’s so nice to have my new microwave working all the time. And it matches all the appliances in my kitchen. I love the looks of the microwave. KitchenAid has very beautiful handle, which I love. Works great too!
