Love it! The sensor features are great. I love the light on the bottom

Replaced same model. The technician did some improvising to be able to hang it in the same place.

This is my 3rd microwave in 6 years. This KitcheAid seems to be the one. Multiple setting and it heats quick. Super easy to clean.

Love kitchen aid products. I got it on sale which is an added bonus. Install was easy and the geek squad is very professional. Love the steam veg feature and the butter melt.

The unit looks and cooks great. Unfortunately it had a bad humidity sensor error on day one. It only affects intelligent cooking. I.E. it senses when the popcorn is done. Called the company and they're working the issue. Fortunately I can still use it like a less expensive microwave by putting in the time.

This KitchenAid product is very good. The services provide by Geoff and Mike during installation was excellent. Everything that came before was appallingly inept. It should never have taken a month and a half to get this right.

However, I returned it. The power socket needed to be replaced at the rental house. Once replaced, the old unit was good to go.

I really like my microwave oven. Looks great and cooks great.

Very stylish Microwave. Quiet. Opening & closing is easy and much quieter than the old one.

Still getting used to new features, the sensing feature will overcook food, but everything else about this is great. Still new, but so far so good. The rack is great for cooking 2 things at once

Finally! A microwave oven that is actually big enough to cook large amounts of food! It easily handles 3 frozen dinner items at once. The 30-second button is really convenient. It looks so nice above a 30" cooktop!

Bought this to upgrade my kitchen, thinking it would match well with my new Kitchenside range, but it is BIG! If I had 8.5' ceilings, with a smaller overhead cabinet (more than 30" recommended height from range surface) it would have been great, but in my configuration it was "a beast" hanging over my stove. Returned it, which was an easy, and efficient. One of the benefits of Best Buy, and I would buy from then again!

Although we just bought the microwave, it works great and looks very nice in our kitchen. The only thing I can say that is not so great is when you open and close the door it sounds clunky.

This microwave is replacing a Viking and the quality is much much better. The space is ideal for multiple items at once. The easy buttons work perfectly.

KitchenAid is the way to go, you pay more but the quality is instantly apparent compared to other household brands.

So far so good. beepers are not annoying. Was a bit of a challenge getting it mounted.

I love the two tier feature, the availability to heat up multiple dishes is great!

Enjoy the styling, the new tone/beep any cooks well. Interior is easy to clean. Defrost function works well. Haven’t tried popcorn or any of the other presets yet
