Love all the features of this microwave. Has worked flawlessly since installing about 4 weeks ago.

This microwave has all the features you could ask for...except express cooking. I'm docking it a star because it doesn't have a basic feature that cheaper microwaves have. Other than that, it's an awesome microwave!

This was a replacement for a KitchenAid model from 2002. Built to last. Easy to install and plenty of interior room for larger dishes.

As described. Perfect fit and all the extra's. All functions easy to understand. Money saver since it can cook more than one dish using the middle rack. Hard to find in white since everything seems to be going to stainless.

Not installed yet but love the look of it. Am sure with it being a KitchenAid, it will be great.

Replaced a less expensive microwave. This one is very loud and the door handle vibrates. You have to push on it. I did some research before I bought this and was under the impression that this was a quiet microwave. The cheaper one we had was much quieter. Not sure if we have a flaw in this one. I wouldn't buy it again

We wanted a KitchenAid microwave to match our new KitchenAid range, and we were due for an upgrade. It has all the bells and whistles EXCEPT it doesn’t beep 1 minute after the cycle, hence the 4 rating.

Very nice looking mircowave, I love the "Quick Touch" selections. The sensoring features works very well.

Great product. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

I have not had the microwave long enough to try all the features but the functions that I have tried cooked evenly and the microwave was quiet.

Love this microwave. Matches the new Kitchen Aid fridge purchased at Best Buy. Quiet and has so many great features.

I warmed up coffee and the cup did not get hot, but the coffee did. Very different from my GE product.

Love how it looks and works. It is very quiet. The rack is a little loose just sits on top wish it clipped in so more sturdy stable. Only other con the wall bracket is not as sturdy stable as it should be.

Excellent microwave at a reasonable price. It’s very pretty and a nice upgrade to my kitchen.

When buying an open box item rated EXCELLENT, you would expect it to be just that. Well, not the case. When I arrived to pick up my purchase, it was not even in a box. It was wrapped up in bubble wrap, sitting on its side in the pick up area. There are no books, paperwork, manuals, mounting bracket, vent adapter or anything with it other than the microwave and inside turntable. I don't feel that the rating system gave a fair opinion of the item. It definitely was not rated properly. Certainly not worth the money I paid for it.

Love this microwave! It works great and makes the kitchen look nice! Plus, the defrosting option works a lot better than my old microwave.
