I ordered the microwave on sale so I got a good deal. This model goes with the rest of my Kitchenaid appliances. I haven't used it much but it looks great.

Kept giving door open errors when the door was closed. I was thinking of trying to have it fixed, but when I looked it up others reported the same error and said after they fixed it it would just keep happening. Switching brands. Hopefully next microwave will be better.

Easy to install and a good basic microwave. Replaced a GE microwave that had a handle come apart after 3 months and this handle is very solid.

The Kitchen Aid sensor microwave is everything we wanted. The sensor is truly amazing and works everytime. Even the chime at the end is pleasant.

Well, I originally loved this microwave. Then the door stopped functioning correctly and the microwave was having issues due to the door not latching correctly. The microwave is still under warranty, so I contacted customer service, sent them what they needed, and over a week later no one got back to me. Then my microwave stopped working completely. So I again contacted customer service. Now I have no microwave. They can't get service out for a week. So, I wait the week. Then, the service guy tells me he needs to order parts, so it will be another week until then. However, he said a fuse went out, I don't think this is the issue, because the door would work and then not work... fuses don't go in and out. So, I have a feeling he will come next week and have to come out YET AGAIN. It's ridiculous. when this is over with, I will not have had a correctly functioning microwave for a month. DO NOT BUY -- or - Buy the geek squad protection so you can bring it to Best Buy to return it when it goes out.

Love our new microwave. It has so many options yet is easy to use. Highly recommend!!

Replaced a loud Samsung microwave with this quit kitchen-aid. What a difference in noise & cooking time very happy with it.

I previously had a KitchenAid microwave so I wanted to get another one of the same brand. This one is very noisy when it is cooking which I was surprised since my old one was very quiet. The fan starts off on high which is very loud and have to bring it down to low quickly since I don’t wan to wake everybody up. I wish I would have known that in a month the price would have gone down so low.
