We found ourselves purchasing all brand new appliances after our Kenmore over the range microwave stopped working. What started it all? Our purchase of this KitchenAid microwave. We love it. So simple to use, our kids are able to use it with ease. Cleans up well, sleek, modern design.

This microwave is a replacement for a Samsung similar model that only lasted 2 years. This one has good features and are user friendly and don't require a lot of reading up on how to operate the microwave. Hopefully it will last longer than the Samsung POS we had before it.

Love this microwave. We've only had it for a few weeks, but it works great, very quiet, looks elegant and easy to use. We have not really "tested" it yet with anything other than warming up drinks or reheating food, but I have confidence based on how it has functioned so far!!

This is an excellent microwave that works well with a logical design layout. The unit is quiet and has a good exhaust fan. We are very happy with the purchase

I bought this microwave when it was on sale and I am so happy I did. I had a Samsung before and it kept going out. I had it serviced three times in one year. I finally made the decision to switch to KitchenAid and I am so glad I did. This one works great and is very quiet!

This is a very efficient microwave. I have never purchased any Kitchen Aid appliance but I definitely will now. Love the way microwave cooks and defrosts. Love all the features it offers with cooking frozen veggies and fresh does a perfect job. Would buy again.

This unit is well built and easy to install. The control panel is easy to use and this unit has several useful settings to both reheat and cook foods properly.

this is a great microwave. very quiet, works great. but the fact the keypad is not backlit is a major oversight. i didn't even realize it when we purchased it. it never even occurred to me that it wasn't. really, really disappointed in that aspect of it.

We have only had this microwave 3 weeks. We are very happy with the performance so far. The popcorn feature with auto sensor works great! We are a popcorn family. We also think it heats things quickly and evenly. The timer sounds like a little jingle. I did purchase the extended warranty as previous reviewers stated it has only lasted 3-5 years. I’m hoping we won’t need it!

This KitchenAid microwave replaced a LG microwave that was repaired THREE times in less than 2 years. We had purchased the extended warranty so received a credit from Best Buy towards the purchase of new microwave. This microwave is VERY solid, the door shuts quietly, you can hardly hear it when running and the touch pad is solid and works well (the touch pad and door were inferior on the LG). Would buy this product again and now recommending to friends to purchase KitchenAid.
