I love all the different features of this microwave oven. It has so many more cook options/settings than any other microwave I have owned. The quality of the microwave is excellent; it is a sturdy and beautiful appliance.

I ordered this Kitchen-aid Microwave to replace the same model that still works but the plastic button that you push to open the door broke and unfortunately there is no way to get a replacement for that one part. The new one arrived today and it was damaged, so unfortunately I had to return and now the item is out of stock with no option to "notify me" so I can go through the process again. I put the microwave in a cabinet and have the outer housing that works with it so I really need a model with the same dimensions. As I mentioned, the unit I was going to replace still works with the exception of a cheap plastic button. It is frustrating that a $700 microwave can be made virtually worthless because of a simple button.

Good microwave. Quiet and looks nice. Was able to use my existing trim kit.

In this day and time American-made means more than ever. It has a huge cooking volume I think I could even get a turkey in there. Outstanding quality and every feature so far has been better than expected.

Works and cooks very well. It is a bit noisier than we expected due in part to the rotating disk. Door opening and closing is much noisier than our previous unit. But overall performs well

I like this microwave except for the button to open the door. It is very hard to push. It could actually be a defect.

Microwave is nice. Charged 160.00 plus tax to install a 400.00 microwave that sits in the existing hole in the cabinet and plugs into existing outlets. Exorbitant fee for installation. I could have done that myself. Not pleased about that.

The first delivery was broken. The second one worked though. It was time consuming to return but quick turn around afterwards.

Great. Does everything is said it would do. Warm up food. Easy to program the clock.

Great replacement for built in. Much quieter than prior model. the only Issue is you cant use prior models frame.

Excellent microwave. It fits exactly in our old trim kit so we didn't have to alter the size of the opening or buy a new trim kit.

Works good makes a little rattle when it first starts running . I think it is way overpriced for what it is - when I ordered I thought it was the one with metal inside not plastic .

In remodeling our kitchen I wanted the Kitchen Aid Microwave as we have had good luck (and loved it) with the previous oven, Great looking too!

Ths Kitchenaid 2.2 Cu Ft. Microwave is much larger than our previous MW, and was an easy wall installation. But what I like most is the speed with which it cooks. It's 1700 wats cooks in about half the time as our old unit, which is great.

Excellent product works great and was easy to install with the optional trim kit.

In the world of disposable appliances, I look for what will get the job done, hopefully last the longest , at a reasonable price. Kitchen Aid /Whirlpool on sale fills that void for me over other brands.

We had 2 smaller 1.0 KitchenAid wall mounted microwaves for 20 years...the new 2.0 cu/ft versions seem to be of the same quality.

Love it! A complete step above other microwaves!! Only problem is getting used to excellence..
