It makes popcorn like a pro. And best of all - there is no clean up when you're done. You can make popcorn all day with this guy.

It works well and looks great. The only limitation is that this microwave does not have the convection cooking feature.

The "stainless steel finish is cheap and shows finger prints bad. The worst part is it is difficult to open ( the button takes a lot of force to operate). No luck when I tried to ask Kitchen Aid if this was normal just no response. So I recommend avoiding Kitchen Aid products.

Whirlpool is making a huge mistake by putting the KitchenAid brand on garbage products. First, there is no continuity in trim kits, even the recommended one does not work. That being said, it looks cheap and there is no way to softly close the door. IT SLAMS like a $39 microwave you would find at a big box store. One of the leveling feet was missing in the box. Delivery is a whole different horrible subject. We will return this microwave.

Poor Quality and disappointed for this brand.

I had contacted a BestBuy customer service who was answered the phone rudely and was unable to help. This is the first time that I've had a bad experience with BestBuy's customer service. Overall, I chose to buy this microwave because I wanted to match with Oven Convection stainless and I thought it would perform better, however, I now regret that decision. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Low quality product

The supposedly matching trim kit was SUPER cheap and didn't even fit. Returned both. We bought a Panasonic instead which is significantly better and less expensive
