I love my new microwave. I can't believe how quiet it is. It cooks in less time than my old one. The only thing I would change is the button to open the door needs a strong push to open. I hope it limbers up with time.

I bought this iem in May to replace another one of the same brand that was only 3 years old. I just heated something in the microwave and now if I close the door, the turntable keeps turning even though there is no time left. Extremely frustrated with this product.

I purchased this model about 2 1/2 years ago. It failed. Kitchenaid refunded my money. Since I needed the same size microwave I bought another; it failed. Money refunded. This February I purchased the third unit and it failed around September 15th. This is a very poor product that does not last.

The first one I purchased lasted barely 2 years. I purchased a second one from Best Buy because it matches all the other appliances in my kitchen.
It was promptly shipped but did arrive with a dent on the side (where the brains of the unit are located). Since it won’t be seen, I kept the microwave and I’m hoping it lasts longer than the first one.

I've had 2 of these in 2&1/2 yrs. and both of them have broken down. The magnetron went out in 1st one, the power supply went out in the 2nd one. Poorly made internal components.

This product is not the right size for my kitchen. I spent 2 hours on hold with Best But customer service. The person said that they were connecting me with a supervisor and never did. All I need to do is exchange this product for one that fits into my kitchen.
