Great refrigerator, it fits perfectly in my small kitchen while being a statement piece. The delivery team did an incredible job to fit it through the very tight door opening while taking great care of the walls.

If you love form and function this is a must have. It is quiet, bright and an organizer’s dream. I have no idea what folks complain about. The delivery team were phenomenal!!

Very happy with the design of this fridge, I found it to be functional, easy to use and easy to clean. Great shelf space and ability to customize when needed. Easy to see what is in the fridge. At first, I thought that produce shelves were on the small size, but they do seem to work for us quite well.

I recently got the KitchenAid 20 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator, and it’s been a great fit. The counter-depth design looks built-in, and the adjustable shelves and pantry drawer hold large items easily. It’s quiet, energy-efficient. The interior water dispenser is a nice touch. My only minor complaint is the icemaker takes up some freezer space. Overall, stylish, functional, and perfect for smaller kitchens. Highly recommend!

This refrigerator is so quiet you think it’s not running. The ice maker produces alot of ice. This refrigerator was a good choice!!

The size of the fridge is great and it has a nice look. I took off a star because, unlike other fridges I’ve had, you really have to make sure that you’re closing the door all the way or else the temp will immediately drop. You can’t just push the fridge door and let go and have it close, you have to guide it closed completely. It is also very sensitive to smudging (like most stainless steel)- for the price, I would have expected it to be more smudge resistant. I also removed a star because the rails in the freezer portion constantly freeze over, creating a rough and loud issue when opening and closing it.

We waited three years for a replacement for our white 2006 Maytag french door that had seen better days. Now that it has been rebranded by Whirlpool as an "upscale" Kitchenaid KRFC136RWH, I will offer some observations. 1. It is much lighter weight, due to extensive use of plastic, in the internal liners and doors. 2. Drawers are lighter gauge plastic, flex and have extensive side play when you pull them out. 3. The bottom drawer has to be tilted at a 45 degree angle to remove, due to limited travel of the French doors. 4. The water service lines on the back aren't secured, are disorganized, criss crossing and rattle against the wall when the water is dispensed. 5. Mediocre build quality is evident in the form of scrapes in the (plastic) freezer floor, visible excess door sealant. 6. There is a rough edge and uneven cutout at the front right corner of the outer metal shell, floor level. 6. The water filter, which is proprietary Whirlpool, is quite expensive, and rates 1 star reviews because it doesn't last the quoted 6 months. Had I known this I would have scavenged the old Maytag system. 7. Our brand new filter gives our water an "off" taste, which we didn't have before and don't have at our unfiltered faucets. 8. The freezer door, which was removable on our old Maytag for cleaning out the bottom of the freezer (same exact door) is now pop-riveted to the rails and can't be removed. Make sure that someone is around with long arms to clean the bottom of the freezer area. 9. The freezer rails were overloaded with grease on all sides. The lubricant is clear and not recognized until you have it all over your hands. 10. After all this, you can add that it has less capacity in the drawers and freezer. It's too late to get our old Maytag back, and in truth it needed to go, but let's just say that buyer's remorse in rampant due to a big loss in quality AND quality control.

This product was the perfect replacement the LG refrigerator that went out unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon.

Recently purchased this refrigerator to replace another KitchenAid fridge. Reasonably happy with it so far. I like that the water dispenser is inside the fridge versus our old model that had an exterior water dispenser which constantly leaked. No problems with this new one so far....fingers crossed.

20 Cu Ft can be small. Need to pay attention when closing the upper doors to make sure they shut completely. Bottom freezer drawer can get heavy when loaded and trying to close. Overall the quality is nice but I'm not sure I'd buy another French Door Style Refrigerator. I would only recommend this if you know what you're getting.

This refrigerator is perfect for. my cabinet depth space. I had an old Amana with wood panels that finally died. I love the double door saving walkway space in front and the temperature displays are nice. The swing of the doors made it so it could be completely flush with the surrounding cabinetry. PERFECT! Love this! Only wish is that they offered different pull styles since not everyone has the same taste. These work nicely though. Very happy!

This was the replacement for the same model that was 10 years ago. The front doors are the correct size but they are 2" taller than the "box" itself and therefore the refrigerator is smaller. Somehow it is an inch or two more shallow and makes it harder to fit all the items that were once on the shelves. The freezer used to have 3 shelves. Now it is only 2. Since we don't have the ice maker set-up we rely on ice cube trays for the middle shelf. No more! No shelf. It is also so cheaply made. The right door's bottom bin fell out of my hand when "moving in" and broke off a side piece when it fell on my foot. The good thing about it is that it IS quiet.

We had our new refrigerator delivered today. The delivery crew was superb, very carefully removing our old unit and bringing the new one in. Very friendly, answered any questions we had about the new refrigerator, always with a smile and pleasant attitude. Never bought an appliance from Beat Buy, but very pleased with the experience.
