Excellent counter depth option with good amount of storage.

Amazing refrigerator. We had an older model previously and the inside on this model was definitely improved. The freezer doors shut and seal way better than the old model, and I like how the crispers are now on the bottom. It is good to note that kitchen aid has a 10 year warranty on the refrigeration components, but you have to go through a Kitchenaid approved repairman.

Surdy, spacious, easy access to water dispenser and ice without being on the outside of the door. Counter depth, and nice width for our space

Spacious space, easy to control temperature, but missing a storage designed for eggs (on the door for my old one). Other than that, I am happy with the overall design and performance of this refrigerator.

the product is ok, it's just the light of the refrigerator is not strong enough to show bottom shelfs. And much smaller then i anticipated

I purchased a Kitchen Aid refrigerator from Best Buy after the Greenville SC store matched competitors price. John with Best Buy did an outstanding job delivering and explaining how all the features worked on refrigerator. Would highly recommend Best Buy and John.

Had this fridge for about a month now. It works as it should and keeps food cold as expected. The drawers are made with very flimsy plastic and feel like they may break with normal usage. The water dispenser on the inside takes some getting used to, and the plastic frame around the dispenser button has already cracked with regular usage after just a couple of weeks. I expected a higher-quality product for the money.

Like the french door opening and the drawer freezer. Still trying to figure out how to fit things into the refrigerator as the shelves are tight. Moved them around so but still experimenting.

Clean looking frig. Water dispenser is inside. Ice machine makes ice very quickly. I bought the counter depth because I like the look of tidy kitchen. Didn't want the thing sticking out a foot or so. I've bought KitchenAid a few times last year. Very happy with the quality.

Fridge looks good, was delivered well. Haven't been able to use it yet but everything looks like its in good condition and we do love the features we have been able to check out. Matches the rest of our appliances perfectly!
