Even though the refrigerator was an open box sale I was able to have a carpenter "build" new panels for my new refrigerator from an old built in unit. This option gave my the convenience of having the new fridge seem as though it was originally designed to be there. Sorry I don't have a photo as I'm now looking for appliance/cabinet hardware to match all.

Got a great deal on this fridge as an open box item. Basically for a third of the price. Was pleased on instillation. Gorgeous unit, beautiful design, excellent lighting. Unfortunately, it came without a footplate, so we called and the Geek squad came out. They took one look at the unit, and noticed ice accumulation on the ledge of the freezer pull out. They said this meant the unit was defective and had to be replaced. Since this was an open box unit, we could not simply replace it. Had to buy a different "new" refrigerator, and they carted this beautiful, great deal, but defective one away.

I didn't know that this fridge would not fit fully enclosed. It's black and the sides stick out by design. The cabinet painter painted the sides and it looked fine. The problem was not the doors sticking out it was that the fridge wouldn't cool. Best Buy was great. I called and they immediately ordered me a new one. My issue is that I have to wait over a month for a relacement and have to pay for the doors to be repainted and have to pay for take out as we got rid of our old fridge when this one was installed.

Our refridgerator was not properly assembled. Front doors do not work.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Its everything I anticipated.
