Though we miss the auto-fill pitcher, the side by side is perfect. Ice maker delivers and being able to open the door and take ice out is huge. Drawers are cheap which is par for the course in this day and age. If we get 8 years, we’ll be satisfied. Ah, miss the days when products lasted more than 5 years. Planned obsolescence.

I was looking to get more space in a new fridge and that’s exactly what I got with my Kitchen Aide side by side fridge. It has an industrial look, which I love and delivery and set-up was a breeze. The freezer has more space than what the previous fridge had.

Overall it is a fine refrigerator. The quality of the shelves has degraded since my last KitchenAid refrigerator 17 years ago. The ice maker and water dispenser appear to be an improvement.

Nice counter depth with very little loss of interior space. PrintShield finish is DEFINITELY noticeable compared to old SS fridge. Integrated air filters and ice maker in the door are great features. Looks great, family is super impressed.

Like the look and interior layout. The counter depth is essential for my tight galley kitchen layout. Had an issue with freezer temp failure, but it's under warranty and repairman is scheduled to fix it. Just waiting for his arrival and hoping there's no delay in getting parts. Really glad I still have the old fridge.

The look is simple yet elegant, and the best part, works extremely well. We mulled around with the idea of a three and even four door refrigerator with fancy features for around the price. We decided to go with the kitchen aid quality and simplicity. A few features to highlight. There is plenty roomy inside. The temperature consistency is impeccable. My old refrigerator would have "warm" and "cold" spots. my vegetables like lettuce would get chill burns. This refrigerator however, keeps my greens nice and fresh for a week and beyond! The LED lighting inside is very bright and will allow you to see everything you need. I have had this refrigerator for a month, and if I had to choose again, I would definitely make the same choice!

We like it so far and the smaller ice cubes are perfect size. Still adjusting the shelves. Everything is at a good temperature and the lighting is bright so you can see everything you have!

First time I have ever reviewed a fridge, but I really am enjoying the looks and functionality. The built in wine rack is a nice touch, and having a separate dispenser for water/ice makes it so you do not have to toggle buttons. It does not show fingerprints and matches perfectly with other kitchenaid appliances. Get ready to remove some serious tape, it is packaged incredibly well.

1) Doors not level until food added. 2) Make sure installer places cardboard on wood flooring 3) Take time stamped pic of site prior to installation 4) Plastic wrap may need to be cut off between stainless top of door and edge

As others have reviewed, the interior drawers are cheap and don't slide great. Other than that I am pleased. Much quieter than my previous refrigerator.

I bought this fridge 1 month a go it was a floor sample but It work perfect so far.Hopefully there will be more years to come.

I bought the pro gas range and thought I would like to have matching appliances so I bought the kitchen aid fridge and dishwasher as well. Unfortunately, the quality is not very good for the price paid. The first one delivered had cosmetic issues on the door. Since it was visible, Best buy replaced with new one. The new one that was delivered have uneven doors. Freezer door is ok, but cooler side sticks out and sits higher. Best buy delivery said that was the best they could get it. My contractor tried to adjust it more for me but was not able to do much more. The drawers and compartments inside are cheaply made and poor quality. Very disappointed. I didn't want to return/exchange again bc of the hassle.

It’s a little small but perfect for my small house. It’s a little over priced for what it is but I needed one ASAP and this one fit in the spot perfectly. I hope it lasts as long as my old one.

We bought this fridge in 2022. Overall it’s been fine but for the price we spent back then, nearly $4k, we expected much better quality. We noticed right off the bat that the crisper drawers felt flimsy and did not open or close smoothly. The fridge doors are also misaligned. And recently one of the crisper drawers broke. Called Kitchenaid and discovered the replacement drawers cost about $150. A supervisor was supposed to call me back last week but that has not happened. I also have not received a response to an email I sent.

We like the finish on this refrigerator. And it is easy to use and holds a lot, even though it is a counter depth fridge. The installation was done efficiently and thoughtfully. They installers were so helpful I. Explain I guess how to use the fridge. Very much appreciated.

Love this fridge it has lots of space and the controlled drawers in the fridge keep the veggies fresh. I got it open box for a really good price. Its in perfect condition and works great

Interior is cheap and not what I expected from kitchen aid level of pricing. My old kitchen aid fridge from 10 years ago is an clear upgrade from a whirlpool or cheaper brands. This thing screams cheap when in the same house as the old one. Plastic shelves feel flimsy and the glass shelves don’t even contain spills anymore much less slide out. I would have told them to take it back but it matches the other appliances. I guess if I want quality these days I will have to buy sub zero stuff. Close to mid four figures wasn’t enough to have some basic expectations based on previous brand experience. They do offer a similar model with a platinum interior for $2xxx more which is silly.

An excellent appliance, looks good and performs very well. It was an exact fit into our space.

It's a much nicer refrigerator than the 20 cubic foot french door Kitchen Aid. The inside drawers are far superior but still a little on the flimsy side.

KitchenAid - 22.6 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Counter-Depth Refrigerator is what we needed. It's energy efficient and very quiet. It's stainless steel doors with PrintShield Finish does not leave your fingerprints so it's always clean looking. Overall, it's a great addition in our kitchen!
