I have had no freezing in the refrigerator next to the freezer wall like my old refrigerator. I love the no fingerprint "stainless steel" also love the top shelf water filter placement, on the old refrigerator I had to lay on the floor to change the water filter cartridge.

Gave it 4 stars simply because the plastic wrap that’s made to remove it’s very hard to take off and has places it’s impossible to remove without disassembling the fridge. Installers would not remove it

Defective Drawer Design

The two lower shelves / drawers do not fit into side tracks. This causes the entire drawer and shelf assembly to come loose and out when trying to open the drawer.

Slim pickins for slim fridges. Pick this one!

I searched high and low (and Lowe’s!). Brought a tape measure and everything. It was the tallest and slimmest. It’s a great fridge, looks very nice, and has plenty of room inside.

Quality Control Issues

First refrigerator had dent in front door, display panel was slightly crooked on front and the seal was damaged. Second refrigerator has front door misaligned and cable at bottom of freezer door that rubs and makes noise when you open the door. Disappointing.

Died in less than a year, BestBuy says they won't do anything even though we paid for a Geeksquad plan because it less than a year old and Whirlpool won't fix or replace it. Never buying anything from Bestbuy again
