    Best Buy replaced my 1st one because the top bottom pullout drawer would fall when pulled out. Then the second one did the same thing. I even checked out the Best Buy outlet and the one I found there did the same thing. Even had a Kitchen Aid repair guy come out and he couldn't fix it. I wanted all Kitchen Aid Frig to match my stove, dishwasher and microwave, I was very disappointed. I ended up buying a LG French door and really, I like it a lot.

    Note the casters for the drawers are now plastic instead of metal ball bearing Now have to pay much more for this feature

    The best part of our refrigerator purchase was Michelle Lockhart, Best Buy's "in home advisor". We are buying a new home and outfitting it with the refrigerator, TVs, sound, security cameras. Michelle's help was an invaluable time saver. Her service also saved us money! We highly recommend using an "in home advisor"
