    It’s hard to review something that’s new. I like the features. It’s not as user friendly to choose the feature on the door front because it doesn’t lead you, but then again I am older and use to appliances that were 15 years old. I’ll get use to it. I like the bottle holders too.

    Refrigerator is damaged. Dent in freezer door. Scratch in refrigerator door. Dent in Freezer door cabinet casing. Delivery person took pictures and said he would send me a damage report number. That hasn't happened. 5 days now. Best buy will not answer their phone. Hours on hold during this whole delivery process and the hold music is torture. 2nd attempt to deliver refrigerator was almost denied because of stairs. This time, they said they only use a cart to bring up refrigerators because of their backs. They will not use straps. They knew of this staircase with pictures from the first attempt. Wrong team sent out again. Luckily they could use back stairs. I was promised 8 minutes on hold...again. It's now been 30 minutes.

    This refrigerator has great storage in refrigerator and freezer.. Best feature is the water dispenser. As a runner I need to make sure I am drinking correct amount of ounces. With the water dispenser it measures water for you! Great feature.

    Excellent. Very happy with it inside and out. Ice maker and door dispensers are great. Be ready, you will need one more shelf for the refrig door and it is very expensive. Should have been include by Kitchenaid. But Kitchenaid makes great products.
