    Received the refrigerator, and it is leaking already. Only had it for 1 day, and started leaking water. A team came out to make sure it was installed correctly, and it was. Now we are waiting on someone to come out to repair. Don't think I would buy this again.

    It does keep my food cold but it is flimsy and cheaply made. Not worth what I paid!

    Totally disappointed with our purchase. There was no quality control at all and have now had 3 of the same product delivered and returned. We are now waiting on a totally different brand.

    Bought all new KitchenAide appliances which included this refrigerator. Unfortunately in less than 2 months the ice dispenser stopped working. Best Buy says your on your own.

    This refrigerator died 14 days from arrival—everything in the freezer needed to be thrown away. Best Buy support was terrific in swapping. I went with LG. This is the Kitchen Aid quality I remember.

    Temperature problem started less than two weeks from purchase. This is my first purchase of a KitchenAid product which was supposed to be top of the line and I am very dissatisfied.

    Refrigerator broke down after leas than 2 months. It won’t turn on, all lights are off, and food inside it got spoiled. Very poor quality.

    Terrible refrigerator. Drawers are cheap have no rollers they get stuck when they are pulled out. very , very small in the inside.

    The product was not installed. The Summerlin, Nevada has the worst associates and manager. Ordered products in July and they still haven't been delivered and installed

    STICKY CRANKY DRAWERS - do your research

    First thing: I didn't buy this product from BB. I bought from HD. But reviews are the same everywhere. The design/functionality for the drawers side by side (freezer and frig) sucks. Design defect. The plastic bins suppossedly were "designed by hope" to slide into plastic "carve outs" on the side walls of the unit. THEY DON"T SLIDE! They stick. They drop down. They get crooked. I use the bins alot so this is big deal for me and I will be calling Whirlpool on Monday to sort this out! Otherwise, after 3 weeks of use - works great. Note: I ONLY bought this model because it was the only one that would fit my built in cabinet of my older 15yr old KitchenAid Architect series II Side-by-side.

    Not Worth the Price

    We fell in love with this fridge in store. It looked sleek, had a lot of features we loved, but it was double our price range. Given the good reviews I read on it and knowing how good KitchenAid has been in the past, we splurged. I wish we hadn't and we could get our money back. We've had it a year and a half now. Heres how it's gone: - Within two months, the chrome on the shelves started to flake off, making it look old and run down. It's painted on. This is unacceptable for the price we paid. - We started noticing it was haphazardly put together. You can see glue sticking out of some of the corners and some of the insulation not installed properly and visible. - We had issues with the ice maker not making ice or being slow to make ice at times over the last year and a half. I fixed it, but should not have had to do anything to it, at all, in the first couple of years. - Right after one year, the water dispenser would dispense water when we were trying to only dispense ice. Luckily, KitchenAid did offer to fix it for free, but we are now waiting on a technician, for the 3rd time, to come and fix this situation, as replacing the parts the last 2 times have not been the solution. Honestly, for the price, I'd HIGHLY suggest AGAINST this fridge. After a year and a half, it looks like we've had it for 5 years (and yes, we keep it clean). I've had fridges under $800 that have lasted and looked amazing for years. KitchenAid is not the same high-value company they used to be.

    Horrible fridge !

    Purchased this refrigerator 4 years ago. The freezer has broken 4 times and currently waiting repair for the fridge section. Do not buy this lemon. Extremely disappointed in kitchen aid . I purchased the extended warranty and it take over a week for repairs. Extremely frustrating!
