The water dispenser leaks a little. Other than that it has been good.

This refrigerator is not only beautiful, but is quiet and has much more room that I had anticipated. Also the finishes on all my black KitchenAid appliances are easy to keep clean!

Works great! Easy to install! Smaller sized ice cubes--which is great! Plenty of storage! Plenty of shelves on door. Highly recommended!

We had our old Amana refrigerator for 26 years and was well made. This Kitchen aid is very nice but I was surprised how cheaply it was made. Looks great and love the handles.

Inside water, smaller ice cubes make it much nicer than the cluttered outside water & ice. Great lighting, great storage. Excellent looks as well.

Installers dented and tore shards out of my kitchen doorframe when rolling the fridge into the room. Poor dude was super-apologetic and explained that Best Buy will take the charges for repairing the doorframe (and wall scratches) out of his paycheck. Thats pretty Evil of Best Buy imo. I was still debating what to do regarding the repairs when, 1.5 weeks into my new fridge, a LOUD high-pitched whistling noise intermittently starting coming from somewhere in the fridge. I'm told this is a control panel issue and the thing needs to be replaced. Best buy online agent took 45 minutes to finally tell me I have to call the local store. Local store isn't answering the phone. I just spent $6,000 on appliances and installation. Note: dishwasher was improperly installed. Plumber looked at it and is quoting me $500 to fix the installation mess. Frustrated. Not happy. I do not recommend using Best Buy.

love size, layout and easy clean fits nicely in kitchen great quality

After a long awaited delivery process, and I do mean long...nearly three weeks, the item delivered, dented door and all. After set up, it took time to cool and we have noticed the doors don't always seem to want to seal. Looks great, but I don't think it functions like it should.

Love the crisp lines and clean look. Water inside French door and ice in freezer are ideal. High quality feel.

I had originally purchased the 33" version of this fridge, but it was too large for my space. This one is a little too small. I wish there was something that was in the middle of these two units. I've found that trying to remodel a kitchen is very difficult for the sizes offered if you don't want to do a full demolition of your kitchen and build the cabinets to fit the appliances.

Nice fridge, very sleek. I the look of the handles.

Love Kitchen Aid, only disappointment was not have the filtered water and Ice through the door for the refrigerator width I needed.

love the handles, inside drawers, but doors are off center which is odd and wish the baskets in the freezer weren't wire.

Who ever heard of a refrigerator needing repairs. Within one year of purchase one of the arms holding a vegetable bin in place broke off. It was repaired under warranty. The same item broke again after another 9 months or so. Now after less than 2 years the gasket on the Right door has split. Clearly this will now need to be replaced as well. I would not recommend this as a quality item.
