    The Geek Squad did a really lousy job on the installation of this item. They left (a) stickers on all the doors (b) installed a drawer top that FALLS APART every time the tray is opened and (c) i cant even open the freezer door or any of the french doors without rolling the fridge across the room. They had me scheduled for a 4 - 8 pm delivery and called at 11:30. This was friday, today is tuesday, clearly they more or less just "dumped it off". I'm giving it a low rating due to the very very VERY poor installation.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in 33 years. At this rate this fridge should be free! Y’all are a joke and I’m embarrassed that I purchase this fridge with you!

    If I could give a 4.5, I would. Produce lasts much longer, much more usable space than a side by side. The 4.5 would be because of the water dispenser. No problem being inside but the 2 handed operation is inconvenient. Otherwise we love the unit.

    Multiple issues including cheap, plastic shelves and covers that crack and break. Most recently the unit stopped freezing and cooling.
