Fridge is good quality. The middle shelf with the sliding shelf is built incorrectly. It creates a tray versus a smooth shelf. Poor engineering in that aspect. It is a somewhat noisy fridge. A constant low roar I would call it from some fan. It’s more noticeable at night when the house calms down. Definitely some disappointment after paying the price. I

Great interior lighting. Very beautiful inside and out. Water and ice dispensers are logistically situated…and work very well. Water and ice cannot be confused (unlike other brands). My favorite refrigerator of all time!

looove the look of the outside and inside of the fridge. It is a tad louder than our old fridge but in a busy kitchen you really can't hear it. Definitely love the small ice cubes and faux wood interior. Highly recommend it! have had it for 2 weeks and nothing to complain about except for the slightly louder than normal fan sound. You would think at this price they would have figured that sound out??

Overall I like the look and function of this refrigerator. I wish it had more space for taller items. Also, unfortunately after a few months the ice maker stopped working. We are waiting on delayed parts for repair. Disappointing considering the price of this appliance.

I’ll be honest, I bought this because it’s beautiful. The wood accents are such a nice touch inside. I have had one major issue and that’s is that the face plate for the controls falls off every single day. Very annoying. There also not a ton of freezer space and it only makes small quantities of ice. These last two things are fine enough for a single person but if I had a family they would be more of an issue. I’d buy it again just on its looks.

The interior of this refrigerator is beautiful with the 'wood' accents and lighting. My only compliants are that the freezer is very small and the ability to put tall things in the refrigerator is a challenge unless you push back the sliding shelf which dramatically reduces you storage space. Great for one person, might be a challenge to get everything in for a family.

I wanted to give 3.5 stars. First the pluses: cools well, attractive, above average size for a counter depth, quiet operation. The negatives: very small ice capacity, weird design where you need to have both doors open to open the drawers, limited space for tall items, and oh yeah, expensive. I purchased it as it matched my other appliances. Perhaps I was spoiled by my last unit being a full size. We will see...

Purchased this refrigerator in September. Immediately noticed a ridiculously loud buzzing noise, which I traced to the compressor on the back of the fridge. Spoke with Geek Squad, who referred me to Kitchenaide / Whirlpool support. A technician looked came out, ran diagnostics, and told me this was normal behavior due to a new oilless compressor design. After about 8 phone calls and a store visit, I was able to exchange for a new one. After reading other reviews, I was afraid the new one would be the same. Yep, it is possibly worse. Can't even stand to be in our kitchen any more. Kitchenaide should be ashamed to release such a product under their name, especially at this price. Now need to decide whether to go through another exchange (for a different brand) or live with this annoying, buzzing machine. Noise aside, the refrigerator looks nice and functions well.

Pros: The Refrigerator looks nice inside and is very roomy. Cons: refrigerator makes a low frequency tone that for me is not peaceful to be around and the ice maker is freezing up so no ice comes out.

I've had the new refrigerator for abut 3 weeks now. Not only am I pleased but my lady is blown away, which makes my life a lot easier. It has everything you want from a daily appliance; looks, predictability, and dependability. From walking in to the Best Buy Outlet in the City of Bellflower to me sitting in my kitchen staring at my beautiful fridge, with a cup of Joe, its's been a great experience.

It's gorgeous, but not as practical for a family. It does make noise that isn't too bad. It has thrown out ice cubes a few times, but all fairness it seems that when it happens it's one (so many it gets caught). In regards to keeping my food fresh it's amazing. My fruits, herbs, and vegetables last forever.

A great refrigerator! Great size for our 2 person home, great lighting, very attractive interior, and excellent controls that are very accessible.

The refrigerator is beautiful, but there are hinge covers on top that prevent pushing it back to flush with the counters. It has a noticeable hum/vibration and the ice maker is loud. Also the freezer drawer is heavy and not easy to open for me. It may be for others. Not what we expected from Kitchen Aid.

This refrigerator is beautiful. Tons of room with very nice shelving. My only complaint is that the ice makers storage bin is very small,which makes for very little ice being made . Otherwise this is a very nice fridge.

The fridge was just as advertised. I love the features and how beutaful it looks on the inside. I did have an issue with them locatong the item at the outlet after it was purchased online. But I was able to show them the location of the item and all was good. I had also purchased another refrigerator prior and was told it was no longer availble after my online purchased. Which caused issues with my bank and purchasing a second one.

This is an amazing fridge. Considering it is counter depth fridge, it still has plenty of space for a family of 4. Love the luxurious feeling upgrades, and the sleek and modern look of it.

If I could give this prosaic no stars I would. We bought this fridge less than a year ago. After 3 month of owning the fridge, the fridge started making a very loud noise and eventually stoped cooling for days. We contacted the customer service the offered to give us 50 dollars as an apology and told us to use it a grocery credit, instead of offering is a solution or fixing it. Even though the product is in manufactural warranty the company offer is nothing to help back up or fix a less than a year old fridge. After numerous customer service phone calls we were able to reach a manger who sent out someone to lol at the fridge to see what is the problem. They found out that they need to replace a part that is not available and they don’t know when will this part arrive. Now it has been 4 month and our fridge is still not working and the company doesn’t have an estimate on when will the part arrive. We are very very frustrated and can not believe how bad the companies costumer service is and how a brand new 4 thousand dollar fridge can have such loud nice and poor cooling ability and a customer service Ethan doesn’t fix, replace, or have any sort of solution to back their product.

We are enjoying our 1st month with our new KitchenAid refrigerator. I like the stainless finish and the counter depth gives us 4more inches in the kitchen which is nice too. Love having ice & water on the outside of the frig - very convenient!

Only has this refrigerator a few days and it replaced a 17 year old frig, but we love it so far. It has a lot of space and features. It is for two people in our household. We particularly like the LED lighting, the ability to adjust the pantry drawer temperature for different types of food storage, the produce preserver movable compartment to maintain fruits/veggies longer, and the overall look of this major appliance. The wooden pull out drawer is very attractive. It has ample freezer space too. Even though it was expensive, we are pleased so far with this purchase,
