Finally decided to bite the bullet and spend the moola. We love it. No more slamming doors and uneven cooking was more with the conventional microwave. This one has been warming, cooking, popping and melting perfectly.

Have had to purchase trim wood to build out the cabinet so that the microwave doesn't look like it was just dropped there. Very disappointed. Not only that the operation of the microwave is not intuitive. Having difficulty operating it.

This is the second home in which we've used one. FYI it seems like SHARP and KitchenAid are the same inside just different cosmetically. Also it's interesting that the wider one is the same size drawer as this one.

Microwave capacity is large enough for the largest of containers. Wish the display was backlit so it would be easier to view the controls. Wish Best Buy would answer their phone in the store.
