We replaced a 25 year old KitchenAid 42” built-in with this. No modification needed for it to fit. Installers were awesome. Not only does it look amazing, but it so much more space inside. Love the LED interior lighting too.

This is a replacement for our KitchenAid French Door refrigerator that failed in February of this year. Unfortunately, this refrigerator is apparently no longer available or will not be available in the near future. This model was selected because it fit the previous refrigerator's cabinet space. The unit seems to be working well and our rating is based on our desire to have the french door version and not this bottom freezer unit. The freezer space is less spacious that our previous unit and is more difficult to access.

The refrigerator is beautiful and fits in our space perfectly. However, after it was installed, we found that the freezer did not work at all - and still does not. The refrigerator also does not work correctly, it is on and off - sometimes it turns on and is cooling and sometimes it is completely off. It is a completely non-reliable, non-functioning refrigerator that we ordered 4 months ago and once we received it - we found it is not a working refrigerator. BestBuy/Pacific Sales is replacing the refrigerator, but we have to wait another 2 months for a functioning refrigerator. Incredibly inconvenient and very disappointed.

It is a very spacious and good looking refrigerator.

Great looking, we replaced the same model. Gave it 4 stars because the parts seem a little loaer quality than the old model.

Looks gorgeous in my kitchen! Install went great. Fridge has plenty of room, and the ice maker is great. Very happy with this purchase.

Ordered refrigerator in late April. Best Buy could not deliver and install until 3 weeks later. Delivery and install, including removal of old built in refrigerator was set for May 18. On first day a 2 man delivery team showed up on time but were not going to install new refrigerator or remove old. On second day a 4 man team showed up but would not carry up steps to deliver new refrigerator. Worked with Best Buy to get their 4 man Premium Team to move up steps and install new refrigerator and remove old refrigerator. So on third day Premium team arrived and did a great install and removal. Pleased so far but will review refrigerator later when we have a chance to use it.

I don’t know how it works before I have it. But it is really big and could store three weeks food for five people!

We replaced our 14 year old kitchenmaid refrigerator with a new one. It is a 42" built in and has so much room in it. My wife loves the space and says she can put everything in it. The4 bottom freezer is so easy to use. We shopped around and compared prices and Best Buy gave us the best price delivered. The delivery people were so nice. Moving a 750 lb refrigerator out and a new one in is certainly no easy task. Wee are thoroughly happy.

Doors are a little troublesome - Right door squeaks when you open it. It closes violently if you let go of it. Left door often requires an extra push to close it all the way.

There is a great use of space in this model. Installing a built-in refrigerator is a nice look.

purchased this VERY expensive refrigerator because I need to fit a specific space. After 2 years and 2 months it stopped cooling. Out of warranty so I am stuck with a repair bill that costs more than most other refrigerators. An appliance this expensive should last longer than just over 2 years!

This fridge is perfect. The built in fridge in the house we just moved into was atrocious looking and also was just broken. This new fridge makes the kitchen look much better and works great! Great deal from Best Buy!

The outside look of the refrigerator is great but inside we noticed almost all the shelves in the doors have a crack in them and when I made an appointment to get it fixed I got an appointment but it was canceled the day it was supposed to happen no previous information was given now I have to wait for another 2 days and take of work again. This will cost me about $480 in missed income

My old kitchen aid stops working after 10+ years so I got this as replacement. So far work with no complaints. Still expensive.

Very happy with fridge so far. Love the french door and the ability to put lRge items inside such as party trays and large sheet cakes. Still getting used to the freezer being on the bottom

I am running out of time to write the review and get the points. The refrigerator is not yet in stock so impossible for me to review. I knew there were going to be delays so this is not an issue. Working with Best Buy and how well they are keeping me informed is great.

I needed a built in refrigerator with french doors and a bottom freezer. This kitchen Aid refrigerator fit the bill. At just under $7,000, it was affordable and looks great. The inside is platinum, not standard stainless steel!

Very nice refrigerator. Door closing mechanism could be stronger. Opposite door flys slightly open when closing a door and then re-catches to close.
