Leaves hand prints......... works well but could have used fridge space better especially wine rack.

The Inhome rep Jarrett Bowdren who we purchased from was terrific. There were many delays getting the refrigerator from the KitchenAid but BestBuy was very accommodating. I would not hesitate recommending Jarrett.

Good functional refrigerator that was easy to install

We bought the appliances after much research, and hope not to be disappointed.

For the price you'd expect more. No water dispenser? Doors slam shut and swing open and hit surrounding cabinets and doors. Shelves that have a weird lip than makes usable surface 1.5 inches narrower than they should be. Drawers that are mis-aligned.

This fridge has it all. I’m glad I went without the water dispenser.

Ice maker broke after a week. Still not working. No support from Best Buy team. This product is over 9k. Should be a better experience.

It look really nice. But the icemaker doesn't work.

1 month after install, door squeaks when opened. Really? I just paid $14,000 for a squeaky door?

Disappointing. The doors on the fridge slam shut. The drawers inside have soft close but not the doors. For 10k there should be nothing like that happening. We are returning it.

Original refrigerator came with no handles or panels. Totally different from what was advertised in the catalog. Waiting on new refrigerator to be exchanged for what was delivered. Company needs to update it's catalog so dealers know what they are selling.

There are noises when open the door. Repair crews come twice, it happens again today.

First lets start with the good new, it looks great and when it works it is a great refrigerator. I like that the built in are not as deep so you do not have to have rubber arms to find what is in the back of your fridge. Unfortunately the manufacturing quality leaves something to be desired. Less than two years in, the whole unit started warming up (slowly) until it was clear it was not working properly. It was still under warranty but it took no less than a month of the service man coming back and forth to finally figure it out. Thankfully we had an Amana fridge going strong in its 15th year as a garage beverage fridge. If not that would have been a nightmare. Fast forward, another year in and the ice maker broke. Now outside of warranty and the accompanying service bill. Kitchen Aid/Whirlpool was less than helpful may I add. If you are thinking of spending $9,000 on a refrigerator you would be better off with another brand than KitchenAid or if you do, definitely buy the extended warranty. There are definitely quality issues with the manufacturing.

We've had this fridge for 5 years, and it's been alright. No major issues. Although I do miss a DEEP fridge. The space inside is significantly small. I've had better fridges (space wise) at apartment complexes that I've lived in! And this is our custom-built dream house. Ah well. So yeah even though we haven't had technical issues, I probably wouldn't recommend just based on its size. Giving 4 stars though since that's a personal preference. I didn't realize how small it would actually be when we bought it.
