Replaced the old unit that died after 11 years. So far so good.

Working fine so far. Great ice maker and water dispenser.

Replaced our 15 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator (looked and worked like new by the way) with a new Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Interesting how small changes over 15 years make a big difference. We love this refrigerator!

Looks great so far! Just got delivered. Great service in the store and during delivery.

Although the black is more like deep brown, the print shield finish is wonderful. The lighting is plentiful as well as the shelf space. The freezer is larger than my last side by side. But the thing I like the most is the quiet operation.

Takes forever to make ice and doesn’t make much as the container is small

I love this fridge. It's sleek, modern, has cool features and even though it's the same size as my previous fridge, I swear it has more room inside.

All mechanicals work as expected. Ice maker is a little slow and loud. Beautiful fit and finish. The plastic protective wrapping is very difficult to remove under the seams. Very happy with the Refrigerator! I hope it lasts as long as the one it replaced.

Not so good. The Refrigerator was damaged and rejected. It appears as if it was dropped. We received an text message stating the delivery would be here about 7AM and they arrived about 9AM.

Purchased the fridge from Best Buy on black Friday and the service was good. We bought for our new house and liked the quality. Can't wait until our house is done to get it installed.

I paid you the full amount for the fridge and as of yet no fridge, why are you holding my money until you get it for me.

The two salesmen (Mike and Amir) we had when we purchased our Kitchen Aid refrigerator at the Fredericksburg, VA were very knowledgeable and professional.

it took a few months from the day we ordered it until it was actually delivered but so worth the wait. Unbelievable amount of room both in freezer and fridge sides. The wine rack is an extra bonus! absolutely love this!

A little disappointing but overall it works well an meets my needs.

This was a replacement for a very similar unit that we had for about 8 years. Good basic fridge but the freezer is too narrow. Need to add a soda shelf on the fridge door.

One month after ordee Kitchen Aid fridge.Not here yet

We purchased this refrigerator in 2016. I love the look of it. The look of the handles is what sold me. In 2020, the door broke. It is not made to hold very much weight. We purchased the warranty, but that was not covered. We can pay about $1500 for a new door and not put anything in it or get a new fridge. It is rigged right now. My mom has a KitchenAid fridge that is from the late 90"s, it is great. There is a piece of metal on the top of hers to reinforce the hinge, mine had a piece of plastic that cracked and then completely came off. There are only 3 people in our home and we are not rough on appliances. Tonight, there is water under it. Looks like it may have a leak. KitchenAid was no help and didn't stand behind their product. I am very sad that we already need to replace this. We also have the dishwasher that matches. The spring that makes the door open without banging down, broke. Just a heads up that these upscale appliances might not be as nice as you are lead to believe.

This is, by far, the worst refrigerator purchase I have ever made. I am on my second unit; both have a had defects with the ice and/or water dispenser. I am awaiting my second replacement refrigerator. Quality is nonexistent. The lips to the drawers do not line up, so they pull or misleading when you attempt to open them. The edges are sharp and scratch or cut your fingers. Overspray from foam insulation is coming out around the edges, I expected better from the KitchenAid and Whirlpool names. I will not purchase another.
