Had for a month now. So far the best cleaning and drying from any dishwasher I’ve ever owned. The pro was and dry cycles leave dished sparkling clean and crystal clear when the drying cycle is complete. The bottle wash is great for all of our water bottles and the 3rd rack is a great feature for all of your larger utensils. Only disappointment is the holes in the silverwear basket are to small for our silverware so we had to remove the lid and just use the basket slots.

Very quiet and performs well - cleaning and drying. Third level rack is a nice feature to have for large utensils.

I purchased this Kitchenaid dishwasher and the Geek Squad installation in November 2018. I chose Kitchenaid based upon my previous Kitchenaid dishwasher lasting 18 years without a service call. The new one is almost completely silent; the only sound is the draining of the water into drain. Long cycle but totally clean dishes. The third rack is quite useful for long thin items freeing up additional space in the other two racks. If you want a silent dishwasher that cleans perfectly and looks phenomenal, look no further. BTW, the installation by Best Buy was first rate; the installers used shoe covers (had snow that morning) and took the time necessary for a proper install. They answered every question and left after running the unit through its cycles. Completely satisfied.

This is a high quality dishwasher. It is quiet, does and excellent job cleaning and is easy to use! We are very satisfied.

We previously had a Bosch which was very quiet and I didn't think we could find a quieter dishwasher. Happy to say I was wrong! We use the pro-wash setting which does an excellent job, but it also takes a long time. Love the third rack/tray at the top!

So my old KitchenAid broke and I replaced it with the new KitchenAid. It is prettier and it cleans better, but it is just a tad longer. This makes it stick out from my cabinets by about a quarter of an inch. It doesn’t bother me, but you might want to check your measurements just in case. This dishwasher is very easy to keep clean with just a sponge or towel and water. There is a vent on the side of the unit, but it does not put out the steam that my old unit used to, so it will not damage your cabinets. I love the new top rack and the slotted utensil holder. I use a lot of knives and extra utensils and this gives you the places to get them all cleaned properly. They offered free installation and delivery at the time of my purchase. Three men came to deliver and install, they were professional and did an excellent job. I am very happy with my purchase.

I loved my prior dishwasher and was heartbroken to have to say goodbye to it....but this Kitchen Aid DID NOT disappoint. I can’t say enough positive things about this model. It is user friendly and so quiet you don’t even know it’s running. Dishes, pots and pans come out spotless and completely dry. Fabulous machine!

We looked at many many dishwashers. We chose this one because of the water jet option for water bottles and the extra rack for utensils at the top. It was the quietest machine in the price range. The racks are easy to remove and to adjust based on what you are washing. We’ve had it for a few weeks and love it!

I did a lot of research before I purchased this dishwasher. I wanted a dishwasher that had great reviews, cleaned dishes well and was very quiet. I have purchased many dishwashers over the years because I have moved many times. It is the best dishwasher I have ever purchased. I love the way it cleans the dishes and it so quiet, I can’t tell it is on. I also love the way it works.

No complaints at all. Had a new dishwasher at old house, so was prepared for how long they take. We rinse our dishes, so we use the express wash setting most of the time, it is so much quicker. The full wash with pro dry does actually dry everything. Love the third rack for big utensils. Black stainless is wonderful. So quiet I have gone back to make sure the blue light is on.

So easy to use and so quiet I have to check to make sure it’s going. Lots of extra nooks and places for large utensils and larger silverware. Great cleaner for your Bullet container. Shelves roll out smoothly and it’s so easy to use.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have come across, virtually no noise. Does an amazing job of cleaning dishes and pots. Even has dedicated nozzles to wash bottles!

Most quiet we have purchased. Lots useable space to pack those dishes in. Really like the third shelf. Easy to operate and does a very good job getting the dishes clean without the hassle of washing them off first.

This dishwasher is great quality, runs very quiet, fits plenty of dishes. I like the top slim rack for small items that usually would fall down to the bottom of my old dishwasher and melt.

It’s basically noiseless and cleans and drys well. The cycle can take a while to run in auto mode. Like the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack. Some curved dishes fit awkwardly in straight-lined bottom rack.

Overall I had a pleasant first experience with BestBuy. Had to replace a faulty dishwasher and decided on this unit, it has lots of room, one of the drawers is adjustable which is nice. It has a 3rd rack for silverware or other utensils. This thing is so quiet I never no if it's running unless I go look at the lights to know where it is at in the cycle or if it's done. BestBuy geek squad installed this in a short time the guys were very professional they had all the tools and showed me what all the settings are and do along with how to clean it. Great first experience. Thanks BestBuy!

It's honestly impressive. As a dishwasher fan, this exceeds my expectations. I'm proud to say it's an honorable washing machine! I'm so happy with the finish of the product. Love, love, love, the top rack! Very quite and no idea it was running. Dishes are always clean, and don't have to get washed or dried before putting away! That's right, I put them right in the cabinets. Love the round handle grip bar. It's just beautiful, and helps me when attacking household items. BUY IT, BUY IT, BUY IT! Get it from Best Buy NOW!
