We purchased this dishwasher to match our other KitchenAid appliances. It is very quiet which we love. Have only used it on the Pro Wash mode which senses the load for wash time. We usually run it at night, but it seems the cycle time is just under 3 hours. A simple led light in the upper corner indicates where it is in the cycle - a different color for washing, drying, or cycle complete. It has bottle washer jets and a third rack. We chose the black stainless finish which looks nice in our kitchen, but this finish will show scratches. Keeping the rinse aid compartment filled is recommended and It has performed satisfactorily so far.

First of all, I actually returned this product. I purchased it for my parents while staying with them temporarily and they preferred a Bosch. But I have used both a Bosch 800 and this dishwasher. I would say they both have their pros and cons. Pros of Kitchenaod: it’s beautiful, extraordinarily quiet, and cleans amazingly. I have never before left my dishes dirty before putting them in the dishwasher but I left my Thanksgiving dishes totally full of potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and other scraps. They came out sparkling. Even the silverware was perfectly clean. Amazing, really. Cons: the third rack is really tiny and flimsy. I like to put silverware up there, but you can’t fit more than a few spatulas up there. Maybe there is a way to adjust it so it would hold taller items. Not sure. But it wasn’t nearly as nice as the Bosch third rack. Also the prongs on the first and second racks are spaced pretty far apart. The Bosch racks are set up better. Overall, this cleans better than the Bosch 800 and has nice features like letting you know which stage your cycle is on and the bottle washers are an added plus. But the Bosch has a better interior layout. , however, would choose this dishwasher for my home.

I am very pleased with this dishwasher, the construction is rock solid. When I compare the quality and sturdiness of the racks and how they fit into the machine, I am impressed. It is very quiet, the controls are easy and intuitive, the third rack is very handy for small items and cutlery. I did not have this on my past dishwashers and am very happy I have it now. The front of the dishwashers has lights indicating when it is washing, drying and finished. Very handy considering how quiet this machine is. And the fifth and final star is for how clean our dishes come out. Really couldn't be happier.

This is an exceptionally quiet dishwasher, which is exactly what we wanted. Have only had this for a week, so not sure if this is just from not understanding how it works, but the drying requires you to put it on prodry, otherwise everything stays wet. I had dishwashers in the past that would dry without an extra heat setting, due to heat of the water or something. Also, the racks/prongs are not as adjustable as I would have liked, but our previous dishwasher was worse, so can't complain, it is an improvement and the utensil basket is humungous. I

This dishwasher replaced our 18 year old washer that just started leaking. I love everything about it - especially that it is extremely quiet. I have to look at the light to tell that it is running. The buttons are easy to use. The dishes come clean. With the pro dry selection the dishes come out dry. The stainless steel is very classy as well. The installer for Best Buy was thorough and knowledgeable. He showed us how to use it before he left. He was extremely friendly. This was a great experience for us.

Best home investment we've done during COVID times. I work from home 6 feet away from the kitchen and I never hear the machine running. It's amazingly quiet! We run it daily for 3 people and it does a great job cleaning the dishes. The standard program is pretty long, but if you need clean plates quickly you can use a fast option that it's less eco-friendly but finishes the job in 1h.

The Kitchenaid 334 in stainless steel is a very good appliance. We were fortunate to need a new dishwasher during the seasonal sales event, and we have a whole kitchen full of Kitchenaid appliance. Surface finish and roll bar handle matchs the ovens and refrigerator. The controls were somewhat difficult to get trained on...with all the new features of this model over the 20 year old one we replaced...but the cleaning results are better than the former one...plus it is VERY QUIET!! 39db WOW 3rd rack and adjustable middle rack are awesome features

This dishwasher is so quiet that if you're more than 6 feet away from it you don't even know it's on. It's got a lot of useful features but the very top rack that you can use for knives and such but always get in the way and it cleans things really good

So far, we really like this dishwasher. It is very quiet and cleans well. I am still working with finding the best way to load racks because they are different from the ones I have been using for the last 15 years. Not really difficult, just different.

My 1st Kitchenaide lasted 18 years so when I researched a replacment we ended up with the same brand. This washer is more quiet than my last one. You dont even know its running. I love how clean the dishes come out. I usually wipe out the soap container so the pods dont stick. Cycle is longer than my old one but I load it at night. I dont really like the 3rd rack. Dont bother on the 3rd rack. My only negative. I could not be happier.

This DW seems to do a good job at cleaning the dishes. However, I'm not sure how much water it uses to do so. It's extremely quiet so I cannot hear the water running. It also takes a lot of time. I mainly use the "Normal" cycle which takes 3 hours. Our previous DW did not take that long but did not clean the dishes as well. The main reason I chose this DW was because of the shelf used for mixing spoons which has been really convenient. I also like the silverware basket where you stick the utensil into slots so they don't spoon and are easily removed.

We've had this dishwasher installed for 3 weeks now. Replaced a 21 year old KitchenAid that was getting way too loud. We have been thrilled at how quiet this dishwasher is, so quiet in fact it's hard to tell it's running without getting very close to hear it. We also like the larger capacity and it cleans as we expected. Drying is still not perfect but it's very similar to our old one so it's not a problem since it does clean very well and does it almost silently. So far no complaints on this appliance.

This KitchenAid dishwasher is super quiet, so it doesn’t impact nearby conversations or hearing a TV. It does a very good job of drying dishes (doesn’t completely dry plastic containers but does a good job) using the ProDry selection. It has several customizable features like Bottle Wash options, changing height of middle rack, removable covers for silverware tray, removable basket at the back of the middle rack. I like the 3rd top rack, although I haven’t yet used it much, but it’s a nice option. The Geek Squad did a great job of installing the dishwasher.

I have previously owned three different Bosch Dishwashers between 1999 and 2018. This Kitchen Aid is hands down superior in every single aspect of what you are looking for in a Dishwasher. In terms of Noise Level - you literally have to put your ear next to it to be sure it's running. (There is a blue light for on - but I had to check to make sure) In terms of efficiency - it has superior drying capabilities vs. the Bosch. My dishes were NEVER completely dry with Bosch. Kitchen Aid is the opposite. Quality of Material - the metal front, handle and interior quality is amazing. Literally the difference between buying a car with chrome bumpers vs. fiberglass. I could not be happier. For anyone considering this appliance - I give it a 10+ Congrats Kitchen Aid - Fan for life!

This model is super quiet; we often look at the indicator lights to make sure it’s really on. Unlike our past dishwashers, the dishes come out with almost no water spots. We also like the bottle washer jets, but we have to put down a row of dividers for average size bottles to give room for the bottle to lean a little. We love having a 3rd rack for silverware and flat utensils or lids, but the tines are really short meaning that spoons have to be laid flat. Despite these drawbacks, we still really like it.

Had to replace a 20 year old LOUD dishwasher and this KitchenAid is an awesome choice. Ball bearing rollers in the top and bottom racks makes them glide in and out. The additional 3rd rack for utensils is a bonus. So quiet you have to look and see if the light is on to know it's running. Have only done a couple of loads in it and it does the job.
