My old KitchenAid dishwasher died after 9 years of use so I went with a lightly upgraded model. The Pros: Easy to use, controls are hidden when door is closed (good if you have kids). The only Con is that it seems a little more cramped inside than my old one - with the way the shelves are situated. But I still highly recommend.

The Dishwasher is virtually a whisper of a sound. Love that the racks are adjustable for tall glasses or tall serving plates Stainless steel interior is great, Having the selector buttons on the top of the door is different than normal but nice, easier to read facing up at you.

I took the top (3rd) rack out...the utensils placed up there were not getting fully clean. This dishwasher is not easy to load unless you have only plates and very small bowls...small cooking and larger mixing bowls are difficult to load because the layout has very little flexibility compared to my old Maytag (which add some of the bottom separating racks able to fold down to create larger spaces.) On the good side, it is very quiet. But the Installer told me, when asked, that it will get noisier as the machine ages.

This dishwasher is extremely quiet. So if that is what you are looking for this is a great one. The only issue with this dishwasher that we have found is the dishes don't dry very well. For the most part everything is clean just not dry when completed. If they would dry I would have given 5 stars.

Purchased this when our 3 year old dishwasher quit. I reviewed and looked at quite a few brands and models. I bought this one due to its quiet feature as our kitchen is in close proximity to our living room. Love the look, efficiency... everything!

The dish washer seems very efficient and is extremely quiet.

Very quiet which is nice. We had a kitchen aid that lasted 41 years. This new one performs well. I like the extras like the bottle washers probs, the extra 2 baskets/tray for odd shaped utensils and the dishwasher fits well and in with our other kitchen appliances.

Love the dishwasher. I've had it for a month and half now and I feel like I am making dishes dirty just so i can run it. I think its sexy looking too. I don't use the 3rd rack as much as I thought I would but thats not the dishwashers fault.

This is truly an upgrade from my previous dishwasher. The top rack can be moved up and down. There is a slide out rack above it for extra silverware or kitchen tools. It is extremely quiet. It was given an excellent CR rating.

We replaced a 15 year-old KitchenAid dishwasher with this new one. Dishes feel cleaner....glasses sparkle. The small shelf is very handy for knives and utensils. We like the indicator light...white when it's washing, red when drying and white when finished.

Quiet! Washes wonderfully! Just make sure that you tighten the bottom sprayer properly after cleaning the filters. I learned that lesson the hard way.

This model replaced an older Kitchenaid dishwasher which I always had trouble with the basket rollers on. I nearly jumped ship on the brand, until I saw they had changed to steel bearings rather than plastic rollers. Vast improvement and this is amazingly quiet.

Gets my dishes squeaky clean; however it does not completely dry the dishes. Had a repair guy come out today and was told that I would get a replacement because it should completely dry all the dishes. Great customer service with and through Best Buy. Thank you Best Buy. Can't wait to get the replacement.

I didn't mean to shout in my summary. My old dishwasher was so loud that I had to shout. But this one...Ohh, so quiet. I love it and I wonder why I didn't buy it sooner. Plus, with Best Buy installing it for free? Quiet AND free? A duet of pleasures.

I love the dishwasher like 95%, it runs smoothly and is very quiet cleans dishes as it should but my 5% concern is that it doesn't dry the dishes the way I feel they should be when opening door to remove dishes are still wet even couple hrs after running dishwasher other than that I would have given 5 stars.

Have been using this new washer for three weeks. Pleasantly surprised by how quiet when it is running. Somewhat disappointed with the lower rack. Harder to place large pieces, such as pots and pans than the older KitchenAid which this one replaced. Otherwise no complaints.
