This unit replaces a 12 year old mid-grade dishwasher and was selected based on the reviews. Pros: It is VERY quiet. Cons: Several items haven't come clean. We're experimenting where to place things for optimal cleaning but a plate should get clean on the bottom rack. Unfortunately, it doesn't dry any better than the old unit. Understandable that plastic lids won't dry completely but even glasses don't dry with the normal cycle and the extended dry cycle is looong. Best Buy install wasn't the best, considering the drain fitting wasn't tightened properly causing a leak under the cabinet. Dishwasher IS quiet but wish we would have gone with a different, possibly cheaper unit.

I just love this machine. It is so much quieter than the dishwasher it replaced of some 30 years old. The only problem is that it is so quiet I cannot tell if it is actually operating or not; thank goodness for the indicator lights.

Very quiet, beautiful. Easy to clean inside and out. One thing I can never get the delay buttons to work. Only one time I did get it to work, but never again. I never called to get this working.

Very happy with my decision to purchase this dishwasher. Love the features and it runs so quietly, I forget its on. I recommend buying this unit to anyone seeking quality and confidence in getting clean dishes.

We like the dishwasher so far. Important to rinse the heavy build up from dishes before washing.

Bought this dishwasher and am very pleased with the options and performance. It is VERY quiet, has a drawer at the top for silverware and utensils as well as a place for silverware at the bottom, and gets the dishes clean.

I really love the compartmented tableware holder. It keeps the items all separated so they can get clean. I also like the 3rd rack for flat items which can be so hard to place in the racks so they stay secure during the cycle.

Our old Kitchenaid washer wasn't dispensing detergent anymore so we decided to buy this newer model. This thing is whisper quiet! It's hard to tell if it is on! Dishes come out sparkling clean. Love this washer! Highly recommend it!

Have used my KitchenAid dishwasher for over a month and love it. You can hardly hear it running, so quiet. Love where you can remove the utensil tray so you put up forks, spoons and knives at once, instead of removing individual from the dishwasher. It has washed the dishes well, but we rinse our dishes prior to putting in dishwasher. Learning how to load properly took a few times suggest you read the manual on how to load dishes. Only thing found is that you should leave the door open just a crack for it to completely dry out, otherwise it can develop a musty smell. Best Buy was making room on their showroom floor for the 2020 models, so our purchase was a floor model for $656.00 couldn't pass this deal up.

Perfect for me! I haven’t used the top rack much and I love the extra tall water things. The racks move so easily and it’s easy to change positions for them. Also, our water glasses are wider than normal ones, but they fit perfectly.

This dishwasher is so quiet you can barely hear it. Dishes come out clean and dry. Highly recommend this dishwasher. Two thumbs up. This kitchenaid dishwasher replaced my old kitchenaid that was just about twenty years old.

We had a Samsung and really hated it. The new Kitchen aid has been superb. The BestBuy installer was very good at installing and helping with the features. Works great. I definately recommend it.

My wife & I decided to get Kitchen Aid appliances in our new home and this dish washer was a great upgrade for us. It's extraordinarily quiet and has a very ergonomic design in the top rack.

I am rating only 4 stars because I am unhappy with The Geek Squad installation of my dishwasher. I paid for an installation kit that had a metal braided hose for strength. The Geek Squad installer did not use it. Instead he left the old plastic hose that came with my old worn out dishwasher. An installer should know that if a new braided metal hose is purchased, that hose should be used in the installation in place of an old hose that may soon fail. I would suggest that if you have The Geek Squad install an appliance, you watch them more closely than I did. I assumed that the installer would be properly trained. If it was not for the shoddy installation by The Geek Squad installer, I would have rated this 5 star.

This dishwasher was a replacement after 15 years with our Frigidaire. This has so much space and is so quiet you cannot even hear it when it is washing dishes which I like. I told my mom about this one and she purchased one.

The biggest feature of this dishwasher is the noise - or lack thereof. Absolutely the quietest dishwasher I've ever experienced. The racks also operate very smoothly as they are on rails , not wheels. Overall, very pleased.

I have owned bosch, ge profile and Samsung chefs collection dishwashers. this one is best i have owned - quieter and cleans & dries better. only downside is heat bar is external vs contained under bottom

I upgraded my dishwasher from Whirlpool (same company) and I am delighted. It is super quiet and efficient. You do have to add extra dry to get your dishes super dry. However, I do not mind doing that.

Great dishwasher at a great price. Installation went without a hitch.
