I have had the dishwashers for 2 weeks and I love them! I have had both dishwashers running at the same time, and I can’t believe how quiet they are, and how clean my dishes get❤️!!

When my 2-drawer Kitchenaid dishwasher gave up, I shopped for a standard size tub with two main requirements: I wanted American made, and sound reduction packaging. After reading many reviews and looking at models I narrowed my choices to Bosch and Kitchenaid. My final choice was made for me when I found an open-box new KA in a nearby Best Buy, at a savings of over $500 off usual price. The racks have some good adjustment features, including bottle wash spigots. The very slim top rack works for flat lids, silicone bowl covers, some flat utensils, although anything with a curve like a pancake turner doesn’t fit. Racks slide smoothly. The silverware basket is extra large and holds everything. I removed the slots racks attached to the overhead of the silverware basket because I find it easer to drop in a handful rather than one piece at a time. For just two of us, I run a load every other day or so, and I choose the Express Wash which is significantly shorter than the Normal Wash/Dry cycle. Everything comes out clean, including the large mixing bowls and saucepans. I open the door for air dry at the end of the cycle, and I’m okay with towel drying when needed. We barely hear the dishwasher running, and the white light signaling completion is helpful. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I am visiting my son for an extended stay and this was our his purchase. I have come to find I like it better than our own Bosch. It is quiet, does a terrific job in cleaning, and the dishes come out clean and dry. When I eventually replace my Bosch, I will get this Kitchenaid dishwasher. Only drawback: Long cycle (for extra drying?) so I do the dishes when I go to bed.

This dishwasher works well, is quiet and has plenty of space for dishes. Top rack is a nice feature.

Replaced an old Whirlpool after it died. I can hardly hear this thing run. Used a hair dryer and floss to easily remove the oversized badge. One thing to note: The KitchenAid dimensioned drawings incorrectly show that there is 3/4" of insulation that can be compressed from the overall depth. The depth shown is from the front of the door to the back of the tub, the insulation is outside of this. Had I known this, I would have purchased a different dishwasher. As it is, I had to modify my cabinetry due to incorrect specifications from the manufacturer. Good thing the equipment was worth the hassle.

Really pleased how quiet this unit is. Appearance is excellent and I like the small light that is visible when it is running, changes when drying, and changes yet again when finished. Dishes, glasses, pots and silverware all comes out very clean. My only complaint is the panel is not stainless steel (magnetic) but it does looks the part and cleans just as well. For this reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

It’s so quiet, we often question if it’s really running! That is why we bought it and it had definitely satisfied and checked off the noise reduction box. Also, the three bottle jets are a must have. The adjustable rack is genius. It cleans so well. Trap is easy to clean, too. Plus, it’s beautiful. One of my favorite Best Buy purchased ever!

This dishwasher is extremely quite, if not for the little blue led light you would not know it’s running. Dishes come out very clean and dry as well.

It isn't a Bosch and it wasn't cheap but I love it, especially the third rack up top for flat items. It makes a little bumping noise when it first starts (I had my plumber check but he said it's the machine, not the water line) but other than that, it's very quiet (a MUST in my house) and it cleans everything well. I'm very happy with the purchase.

This dishwasher is so quiet that without the light indicator on the door, you wouldn’t know it was running. Cleans very well and have not had any food residue left on dishes. Lots of space and love the extra top shelf for coffee cup lids, unique utensils, etc. The adjustable top rack comes in handy quite often. Would definitely recommend.

Spotlessly clean dishes. Even plastic items dry thoroughly. I thought I wouldn’t use the third rack or bottle washer function but they’ve become a lifesaver. There is plenty of room for dishes even after a night of entertaining. This dishwasher is amazingly quiet! Even standing right next to it it is difficult to tell it’s on.

We are very happy with the new dishwasher. We had a Bosch before which was supposed to have been the quietest available at that time. This one is even more quiet to the point that the light showing you it is on is a necessity. It cleans exceptionally well. I love the small top rack for knives and other small items. Very pleased with our purchase!

I just LOVE this dishwasher!!! Just got this a month ago and loving it every wash! It is very quiet, it cleans everything!!! Even a day old cheesy bowl from my mac n cheese. The only thing I don't like though is that it takes forever to wash...like 3 hours with PRO wash but my patience is paying off because I have super clean dishes all the time!

I can't believe how quiet this dishwasher is. Have had to double check to see if actually started a load. It gets the dishes clean as well.

Well worth xtra $100 difference. Can barely hear it! Great boon to those of us who suffer TINNITUS. Seems clean very well. Love the top rack 4 my special stainless & wooden utensils. Again, only way know dishes are done is lights on. Think 33decibals. Stylish. Only con is stick out handle. Get clothes snagged at pockets.

We have had other machines and this by far is the best for the value, quite, finger proof, sturdy, option rack and spacious. We love it.

Bought this on sale to replace a 10 yr old Jenn Air dishwasher. This thing is so quiet! Dishes come out sparkling clean. Third rack on top is nice feature as well as the bottle-washer nozzles. Racks are simple and easy to load. Looks good in our kitchen too! Best Buy installers were great as well and did a fantastic job installing it.

This dishwasher is great! It cleans very well. It is very quiet. It also looks great! It is everything that I have been looking for.

Our criteria for a new dishwasher was; cleans, quite, third rack and dries plastics. This unit does it all. My criteria was quite as I listen to music after dinner. Our house is open concept so the kitchen is right next to the family room and my Bose Lifestyle 650 sound system. I cannot even hear this dishwasher. Amazing.

I needed a new dishwasher that was quiet since our kitchen is open to our living room. Ours was 15 years old. Besides being noisy, it wouldn't dry very well. I got an amazing deal on this model because it was an "open box". It looked like it had been used maybe once. Clean inside with some water spots but had all the necessary paperwork. I got it for almost half of the retail price. And KitchenAid had free installation so that saved me $120. I have had it installed for about 3 weeks. You can't even tell it's on until it drains the water. Love the 3rd rack. So far everything has been clean. Have even been leaving stuck on stuff after rinsing plates to see how well it does. Haven't used the bottle washer feature yet.
