IT took over 3 weeks to get this installed. could not wait to use it. We like it very well. Hope it will last as long as our last Kitchen Aid! Not sure if I can answer all the questions but i will sure give it a try.

The dishwasher met our expectations. It cleans well and is very quiet. The only downside is the handle--it sticks out about 2" from the front face. Hopefully they will change that feature in future models. We have had the dishwasher about 3 weeks--so far it's great!

Decided on KitchenAid for our kitchen remodel as the KitchenAid we had lasted 20+ years and was still going strong when we replaced it. This the most quiet dishwasher I have ever heard. Love it!

KitchenAid product highly recommended. Does what the wife wants. Install instructions were clear and thorough. Whomever authored install instructions though clearly. Further helpful would be to have a 5-minute install video.

This dishwasher is very quiet, which I like. The inside feels somewhat smaller than I’m used to. Looks great. Unfortunately, it arrived with a dent so we ended up returning for a whirlpool.

We purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher and within one month, the dishwasher made a loud noise when running the pro cycle. A Whirlpool service rep checked the machine and had to order a new motor and control panel. Not something one would expect from a brand new machine. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen within the 15 day window for exchanges or we would have insisted on a replacement dishwasher. We’re still waiting on the replacement parts (10 days later).

Works well, but there’s sometimes soap residue and seems to take longer than my old one that worked as well or better. That said, there’s nothing wrong with it. Seems good quality, just not outstanding.

great dishwasher, so quiet you forget that it is on, the extra top shelf doesn’t hold all cooking utensils, but still a great feature. I usually turn it on at night so I set it for the longest time setting about 3 hours.

Unit is as advertised. ordered friday before thanksgiving. installed on Tuesday. Best Buy saved the day...thanksgiving. Very pleased with it so far... never know its running unless you see the light on.

Love it! My daughter bought a new house that has all GE Monagram appliances. The KitcheAid is a much better washer! I would definitely buy it again and I recommend it.

This dishwasher was just what I was looking for. Not only was it on sale but Best Buy delivered the dishwasher, brought it into the house, removed the non working one, then installed this new Kitchaid.

It’s our family. We always used a lower end dishwasher (plastic tub) and had our dishes dried after completion but that’s not the same with kitchenaid, you really need the drying liquid to see the same effect of our old one.

So far I have had no major issues with this machine. It does not always remove some hardened food; however, I usually try to soak those type dishes first and then it seems to do okay.

Went through 3 units before giving up and buying a Bosch. First unit came squashed and had to be returned. Next unit was alive for less than a day and then it wouldn't turn on. 3rd unit survived 2 days before we gave up and had BestBuy deliver a Bosch unit instead. Great service from BestBuy though. I would not hesitate to buy from there again.

I don’t know where the dishwasher has been my whole life, I love it. Dishes come out super dry and clean. Top rack is pretty useless but easily removable.

The dishwasher works great. It is very quiet. Wish the top rack was just a little lower so more items fit, i.e. serving spoons. The door doesn't close nicely, needs a good push to get it to close.

I spent a lot of time looking around and went ahead and splurged on this dishwasher because I knew we would love it. We’ve had it for over a month now and we are completely happy!

The customer service person was knowledgeable and fast. This is the best dishwasher I have ever had. So quiet and don't need to pre-wash the dishes. Very happy with product and service!

Even when you are right next to it you need to put your ear against it to get even a whisper of sound. I'm sure glad they have little lights that show you its running.

Had an old Kitchen Aid for nearly 20 years, finally had to get a new one. Saw this model online and then in person; fabulous looking, works great and is so quiet you can't believe it's running!
