Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This dishwasher has nice features and looks good, but.. after a few months it started leaving sometimes a part of a pod (we tried Cascade Platinum and Finish) in the door compartment, which means the rest of the pod is on the dishes - very healthy, ah? Warranty says it can be fixed if it happened in front of the technician, otherwise tech rep will charge us $98 for each visit. Have no idea how to fix it, just have regrets we bought this model.

Worst dishwasher I have ever owned!

It has been the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. I replaced a KA dishwasher that was amazing, but this is nowhere near the quality of my previous one. Yes, it’s whisper quiet. That’s the only positive. Dishes comes out dirty with baked on residue. Cups and glasses have food residue splashed up into them. I would say on an average full load, I have to rewash 1/4 to 1/2 of the entire load. And I can’t just put them back in for another wash. The grime is baked on so much that I have to soak and then scrub them by hand. Will never purchase another KA after this experience.
