However, Every time I have used this since we had it installed over a month ago some dishes or utensils come out uncleaned. Pretty disappointed with price we paid for uncleared dishes. I even run the water in the sink to get it very hot before I run the cycle.

We finally had a tech come out, and some parts were replaced, but we then received a list of things to do when using it: virtually pre-washing every dish, not using the detergent holder-dropping the pod in the bottom, using very specific cleaning products, ensuring rinse aid constantly capped off, and running our water until it was hot every time. Even with diligent adherence to these instructions, it worked okay at best. Frequent hand re- washing is necessary. I’ll only ever buy a Bosch from here on out, and don’t recommend this appliance.
