We purchased this machine because our previous kitchen aid dishwasher was very quiet. This machine is not. We even exchanged it to see if maybe it was the dishwasher. The second one is just as loud. We are very disappointed. We purchased a machine that is suppose to be a dB of 39. When we tested it, our reading were all above 50.

I purchased this dishwasher just over a year ago and it worked Ok for about 6 months. Then it started not washing properly and baking any grease, stains or small bits of food onto plates, glasses and bowls. I had 2 maintenance visits and neither resolved the issue. It seems as though the small outlets on the spray arms are getting blocked very easily even when I rinse dishes carefully, and none of my dishes are clean after a wash. I wish I had never purchased it as I am now doing dishes by hand because I cant bear to pay another $700 for a dishwasher. But I have lost confidence in best buy and Kitchen Aid for sure.

Machine does not dry at all, defective. Been waiting for a replacement for two weeks.

Open box item. Was told it works perfectly and had everything for installation. Not only was there nothing for installation, but there were missing pieces and the computer is completely broken inside. Now dealing with Kitchenaid warranty to just get it to work. The entire experience with this has been horrible.

This unit does not dry well even with jet-dry or cascade. This is the only thing I see that does not give it a 5 stare rating.

This dishwasher is quiet. But it does not do the job of cleaning and drying. We did lot of research before buying this dishwasher. We are not pleased with this purchase. Our dishes do not get dried up even after using extended pro dry option. Dishes are not getting cleaned either. We wish we can return this.

It does nor have the quality of other kitchen aid products . The lower rack Is not practical to use .

the washer is look good from outside, the wash time is a bit longer than i expect. The dishes is average clean

This dishwasher the door handles broke less than a month after I bought it...

Bought a new Kitchen Aid to replace Bosh because it seemed to be a better quality build than others; we are not impressed. All dishes need to be pre-rinsed or they don't get clean. Third shelf is a nice feature in theory, but it leaves utensils spotted (yes, we use a rinse agent/Jet Dry ... still leaves spots). Would not buy again.

Installation was very poor. Incompetent installers. Dishwasher still does not perform properly due to poor installation of water line to the washer. No pressure. Installer did something to reduce water pressure by 90%. must have a kinked hose, a collapsed copper tube or something. Installer must come back and a serious delay has developed in the return of the installer. Should be back next day or two to fix the botched installation, instead of a week or ten days.

I bought this because our old dishwasher didn’t dry the dishes. This one isn’t any better

Its just ok, had issues. Not sure if it was installed wrong or just a bad unit.

We have not received the product as yet, it is going to be deliver on Dec 6th 2017!?

Just wish I could have kept it. It didn't fit into the space we had for it.

Installation was included in the price but they just dumped it in my garage. I had to get help to bring it into my house and have it installed. There was no compensation from Best Buy.

This is over engineered. If the forks are not put in angled to the inside, the door jams and starts to tear the seal. The very top shelf is also not usable except for a sponge. I should have spent less and been happier.

dw is new but after three times using it it still smells

So far so good. Too soon to say with confidence either way

Maybe it is me but I don’t know how to make it dry welll
