disappointing performance from KitchenAid

The performance of the new model is far inferior to the older one. While it is MUCH quieter, the cycle time is much longer and the dishes will not dry no matter what mode we use or how long we wait. Very disappointing.

One of my better decisions.

I had to turn the TV sound up whenever the old dishwasher was turned on. You can't tell if this new Kitchenaid is even running unless you look at the front panel. Haven't run very many loads yet but from what I've seen thus far the dishes are cleaner and more spot free than what I've been accustom to with the old washer.
