Dishwaster OK, installation zero

The Geek Squad came, looked under my sink, then at my pipes in the basement. He pronounced something about the pipes being copper and because of material incompatibility he couldn't install it. He wouldn't listen to me when I said I installed it myself last time, or pull it out of the wall to look at the connections. The plumber I eventually paid $148 to install it said he couldn't see what his problem was. I did complain to Best Buy, but no one ever called me back.except to ask me about my refund for the installation that wasn't done. The dishwasher works great. It even took out the oatmeal in the breakfast bowls that my previous unit never could remove. I would have given it four stars based on my one load experience with it. But I'm very disappointed about the lack of installation, and the need to dispose of the old dishwasher myself. So I'm giving it just one star to make my point.
