Nice top of the line dishwasher. Very quiet, appealing in the kitchen.

We find outselves using the short-cycle to wash the dishes. The normal cycle takes 2 PLUS HOURS....energy efficient NOT. Maybe saves on Water, but probably offset by electric.

If you use the 3 in 1 dishwasher tabs, it does a great job cleaning, I think the key to clean dishes is the proper soap, if you use just powder or liquid detergent it doesn't get dishes that clean. It gets the dishes clean and i don't have to prewash to get dishes to come out clean, so yes I recommend it. Unless you're someone who finds hand washing relaxing.

Very pleased with the purchase of this KitchenAid dishwasher. Replaced an older model that came with the house, which wound up leaking and could not be fixed. This one takes less time to wash normal load. Like the rinse only feature and the control lock.

I like all the different options for washing your dishes from pre-washing to sanitizing. I also like that the silverware holder is removable and the shelves are somewhat adjustable. I also like the look; simple front, you do not see all the buttons and settings until you open the door.

Easy to use and very easy to clean inside and out.

The Dishwasher has water at the bottom and I have scheduled service for tomorrow. However, I NEVER received an owners manual for this product and would like to have one as I had no way of knowing what could have caused this. Thank you Nanci Powell

It replaced my 20 year old dishwasher. Plastics on top rack dried with no spots. The adjustable top rack is easy to adjust. The dishes are come out very clean. The machine is really quiet. Touch controls on top of door. The learning curve was short but posed no problem,

I purchased this based on the reviews. It's very quiet but that's all I can really say about it. It doesn't clean very well and it steams in the detergent leaving a white caked substance in the which require hand washing. My Rubbermaid Brilliance containers have cloudy spots in them that can't be removed even with hand washing. And I have a set of glasses that I can no longer use because there is a strange film on them that clouds them. This dishwasher performance is so poor that I don't wash anything in it that I want damaged. I hand wash my pots, glasses, and containers I want to preserve. Its so sad because based on the reviews, I expected better.

I have owned our new dishwasher for about 4 weeks now with no complaints. The racks slide out easily and I am able to adjust the bottom rack insert to accommodate different sizes of dishes. So far please with my purchase.

I love my new dishwasher. I did hours if research to find the right combination of performance and value. The color is great and my dishes are clean. Love it.

I am happy with this dishwasher. The only change I would like is the top row shelf for silverware that the model one up from this has. I am not keen on the silverware in the compartment in the lower rack

Door design matches well with the SS and SSand black other appliances in kitchen. Top shelf slides smoothly.controls are at top of door so not turning on accidentally.

I do not care for the racking configuration in this model. It is not very flexible and I cannot get as many dishes in it as I could in the older Kitchenaid model we replaced. Otherwise, so far, so good.

Good dishwasher. I wished the black line where the handle is was all stainless steel. Also, the extra dry function does not work well - don't see any difference than my cheap dishwasher that got replaced.

Best Buy installation screwed up my valve and left the installation half done. I called to complain or even try to have them revert the old dishwasher back in so they can haul the new one back to the store to return. NOPE! Worst customer service when it comes to appliance. I had to get my plumber come out and do all the valve and new lines to hook up. The unit works great and super quiet. Just be careful with the unlicensed installers coming to your house and may flood the kitchen.

We found this Kitchenaide dishwasher on display floor listed at a very affordable price as an open box item and have been very pleased with its performance.

I love it. I only wish there was a way to lower the rack half way instead of only all the way.
