I have always had gas so in order to have a double oven I had to switch to electric. New system and learning about its simple use.

It's easy to follow the directions, the operating window is convenient

It allows two different baking elements. One is conventional cooking and it comes with a stone baking sheet for pizzas. The food cooks evenly.

Great ovens! Bakes great, even, easy to use, looks great

a double oven with one being a convection oven. We immediately tasted the difference of a proper oven when we baked salmon. Moist, flaky, tender, crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The way a good baked fish should be. Our other oven was old, getting a proper oven is a game changer. For convection and double oven the price was right and Kitchen Aid is built on a reputation of quality. So far so good:)

Good space saving design with upper convection oven. My complaint is tendency for condensation to occur between oven glass door layers with normal use (especially broiling). This is impossible to clean without taking oven door apart by a service rep. This problem is not addressed in the instruction manual. Maybe design/quality control issue, would like to hear KitchenAid response to this. Otherwise excellent oven.

So far I love it. It was a quick install and the manual is easy to read and use. I still have to try the convection part since I have never had that feature. The oven works great! Thanks KitchenAid for a great product.!! Plus I really like the blue insides.

I was replacing an old GE built-in electric double oven. It was built in to a cabinet so I needed to replace it with an oven the same size. The Best Buy salesperson knew exactly which models would work with my space constraints and this was the only model that had a convection oven on top. I have used it several times and am very happy with it. Highly recommend.

Love my new oven and dishwasher. Levi was great with the install. He was so polite and courteous. He went out of his way to ensure that my installation process was great. I used my oven as soon as he left and was thrilled that I had an operational oven.

Ovens are nice looking, not a true 24 inches so had to add a trim to each side, which looks nice. Pizza stone was broke ( one of the handles) Installers were poor, did not install, hooked to power after we insisted.

Love this Kitchen Aid wall oven. Even for a smaller over there is more room than what I replaced. The convection for baking cookies and bakes and biscuits / breads makes a differeence

Absolutely beautiful appliance. We were limited to finding a 24" oven and this one checks all the boxes. Works fantastic and is a great addition to our kitchen.

On time and done fast. Well done! The technician was professional and I could not be more satisfied. As a bonus, we did it all over the Internet, from selection of the appliance, scheduling installation, the whole job.

Haven’t installed yet but opened the box yesterday and was disappointed to see that the blue cellophane that is supposed to be covering the stainless surfaces was missing in some places. When I order a new stainless appliance in the box I expect to get unopened box from the factory. I hope a stainless cleaner will remove the finger prints! I have bought and installed two other appliances and enjoyed the process of removing the shipping cellophane myself to an unblemished product.

Cooks your food perfectly every time. Convection option makes this oven superior to others without this feature. Having the convenience of two ovens makes it easy to prepare a large meal quicker. Very happy with this purchase.
