This dishwasher will not disappoint. Adjustable shelves, with secret utensils cleaning drawer at the top. Easy to use hidden buttons with a classic look.

Bought in June 2021, two years old, the touchpad and control panel failed yesterday. The technician today confirmed the part needs to be replaced. Cost = $794 !!! That's more than today's replacement cost of $699. Dishwashers should NOT fail after 2 years. Making it even more ridiculous, the part is not available until October. Model number = KDTE204KPS 0; Part number = W11460947 (replaces W11099336). Had I known it was a Whirlpool inside, I would not have bought KitchenAid.

It is so much quieter than my old one and really cleans the dishes well. Love that it gives me the option for 2-4-8 delay if I want to use it. All the buttons are on top so when I close the door they are easy to get to.

Extremetly quiet and dishes come out extremely clean.

This dishwasher is so quiet! It also cleans really well. Dishes come out spotless. We’ve been running it every other day as a family of 3 and so far so good. Best Buy installation guys were great and fast.

This dishwasher was never installed correctly so I haven't used it. The initial install created a leak which is still unresolved also. I was told by Best Buy's insurance company (Sedgewick) that Best Buy is not responsible but that Pulse Logistics (the installers) has to fix it. When I purchased the dishwasher I purchased from Best Buy and I do not understand why I am getting caught up with a third party bureaucracy when I should have Best Buy as my voice because I purchased from them. The 2nd time the dishwasher was re-installed the same problem of the damages insulation still was apparent. Interestingly, the same installer that created the initial issue was sent back out. The 3rd time I requested a new dishwasher and new installers. The last installers were worst then the previous characters. The last installers claimed the previous installers should not have installed it. I recorded each attempted install and on this 3rd attempt, the installer got angry (I have on camera) because I was recording them and he aborted the install and when I asked that he leave the dishwasher he refused and removed the incorrect installed and took back the new replacement, even though I told him I would hire my own installers. He said refused to leave the dishwasher and in a mocking fashion leaves and waves as if he was leaving me in a bind. I will never tolerate disrespect in my home especially from these 3rd party installers. Shame on you Best Buy for hiring such unprofessional help and allowing them to treat a good customer the way I have been treated. #Disgusted

I have always had a soft spot for Kitchenaid appliances, especially dishwashers. My new Kitchenaid dishwasher lives up to its reputation and I am 100% satified with my purchase.

This Kitchenaid dishwasher has been amazing! I love the three racks. The way the racks are arranged are great and easy to load. I can tell my dishes are so clean. My previous Kitchenaid dishwasher did a good job for ten years but the electronics finally died. I definitely would buy this product again. Jan C in Cleveland TN.

Disappointed. I've had this dishwasher for exactly two years, and though it is working fine, there is already rust appearing around the light display on the upper left side of the appliance. Kitchen Aid is supposed to be a "higher end" product line.

I’m very happy with this dishwasher. Installation went very well. The service person was very knowledgeable.

The tech agents weren't able to fit the dishwasher in my cabinet opening so I'm having to get a handyman to help with this dilemma. I like what I see so far but I will give another rating when they come back to finish the install.
