Bought this to replace a 12 yr. old KitchenAid that had broken the door spring. It was still working fine but decided to replace it rather than have it repaired. This new KitchenAid is remarkable, even quieter than my old one with at least one third more usable room. The third drawer for utensils is very functional, keeps all utensils exposed to cleaning jets. Very happy with purchase. I just bought the same model for my daughter.

This has been a perfect dishwasher so far - very quiet - almost to the point that I wasn't sure it was running. The plates and glasses come out quite clean. I'm docking one star because the dishwasher has one issue and I almost contacted warranty support for help until I found an answer in an online forum. Note carefully: if you open the door before the entire cycle is done, after the cycle completes, you will not be able to click the "normal wash" button. I could only get the normal wash button to work by turning off the circuit switch that controls the dishwasher (i.e., effectively restarting it by unplugging it). I didn't think doing so was a long-term solution (since I mainly use the normal wash option). By chance, I found in an online forum that you have to let the dishwasher finish the cycle before opening the door. After following this suggestion, the issue is no longer present (i.e., I can click the normal wash option without having to restart the dishwasher).

I recently replaced my 15 year old KitchenAid dishwasher with this model. I wanted to stick with KitchenAid since I never had any issue with my old unit. This dishwasher is just as good at cleaning as the previous model, but it is significantly quieter. I live in a condo and the kitchen is open to the living and dining room and I cannot hear the unit when it runs. The clean look on the front is nice and I like the hidden controls. The normal cycle does run for about 2 hours, so it isn’t fast. I highly recommend.

Super quiet and very modern looking. The quality is superb compared to our prior dishwasher. Huge capacity, especially with the 3rd rack AND having the adjustable 2nd rack. Great purchase

We love our dishwasher! The dishes are sparkling clean (even with our hard water) and the available cycles are fantastic especially for tough stains and a full load. This machine is extra quiet too.

Very quiet dishwasher. After using this for a few months, it seems solid, quiet, cleans well. nice layout and easy to use. Looks great, does not show fingerprints and was relatively easy to install. My wife is happy so far.

This is the second time I purchased this dishwasher not because there was anything wrong but because I bought one for the previous house I lived in and when I bought a new house, I knew immediately that I wanted to have the same dishwasher. It is so quiet, you can't even tell that it's running LOL. The dishes come out extremely clean and I love the look of it, especially the hidden controls and towel bar. The top rack is so handy. Always best to have a stainless steel tub! Mine was still going strong after 5 years when I sold the house. I am 2 months in on the one in the new house. Best dishwasher ever!

I have had this dishwasher for a couple for a months now. I think it is great. The dishes always come out spotless and it runs so quietly. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

I love this dishwasher. It is so quiet you can barely hear it running. The space inside for different size pots and pans give this a plus! Everything comes out clean and sparkling. The third level rack is so handy for utensils and silverware makes for an easy retrieval and into the silverware drawer. The control panel is hidden on the top of the door and is nice because little hands can’t see it and it’s so easy to program and start. My only complaint would be with baby plastic kiddy cups. They don’t dry.

Excellent dishwasher with stainless tub and very quiet operational feature. The front is fingerprint resistant…. The cleaning and drying features are great!

Once we got this installed and tried it out, we had to get really close to hear it running. This is by far the quietest dishwasher I've ever had. On top of that, it's so roomy, I can fit all of the dishes from dinner and have nothing left in the sink. Most importantly, IT CLEANS ALL THE DISHES THE FIRST TIME. I no longer have to scrub my dishes clean BEFORE I put them in the dishwasher, I can just rinse and the dishwasher does what it was meant to do, clean the dishes. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher. It doesn't hurt that it also looks fabulous, with the controls on the top, the stainless steel tub on the inside. I love it!

No complaints about this dishwasher! Its so quiet youn cant hear it run. Everything is always clean on any rack. Dries dishes to a shine!

This is a super quiet machine that gets our dishes super clean. I have only had it for about a month, but I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I really like this dishwasher. It’s quiet, and it has so much room. It doesn’t have tines that you can lower to create more space, but the tines have plenty of space to fit my baking sheets and cutting board. My old model wasn’t great at that. I love that the top shelf is adjustable. I haven’t used all of the settings, mostly pro wash and the fast setting. My dishes are clean, and I can fit way more compared to my old dishwasher. I’m a bit torn about the third rack at the very top. I like that there are slots to fit silverware etc in more nicely. However, that’s usually where I throw things like tongs, poultry scissors etc. They don’t fit as easily up with this design. I still am really happy with this purchase overall, and I do not regret getting it.

I absolutely love this dishwasher! It is so quiet that sometimes I check it to make sure it's running. The dishes come out spotless (I do use a rinse aid) and the third rack makes a huge difference. It has a solid and sturdy feel to it and It looks great in my kitchen. Highly recommend; great value for the price.

Got this cheap as an open box from the outlet store. It was missing a part (the bottom front cover) and the insulation blanket. But I used the old insulation blanket from my dead GE Profile unit that was constantly being serviced. This KitchenAid unit is really quiet and just feels better built. I hope it doesn’t need all the service call that the GE one did. It cleans and dries well, and I love the 3rd top rack. I just wish the racks had more adjustability to fit odd size dishes, bowls etc. but the more expensive units have those

We like the features in this model. The dishes come out very clean. Nice and quitr when running.

Beautiful look, very quiet, and gets the dishes so clean you can eat of them...lol. Highly recommend this dishwasher! You won't be disappointed. Only slight gripe is cycle time when in high heat dry mode.
