Updated our 13 yr old kitchen aid dishwasher. This one is great

KitchenAid dishwasher we recently purchased for our home has lived up to expectation thus far.

Built-in dishwasher works well and is nice to have installed

Don't like the rinse and hold cycle. I use the express instead. Rinse doesn't clean good enough

I am still unable to get written confirmation of my purchase and the extended warranty, made on line and paid for. I spoke to four different agents, each promised email confirmation within 2 hours, days ago. Still waiting. The dishwasher is delivered, installed and is OK. By the way, I have been a BestBuy customer for many years but none of my previous interactions appear on my account history.

Completely dissatisfied with this product. :( It is TOO SMALL!! I thought all dishwashers were the same, one size inside. My old one was great, fit a ton of dishes and crap in it. This one is super small inside. Also - it doesn't get the dishes dry. Frustrating, I don't like to have to dry them off with a towel afterwards. Defeats the purpose of the machine. Just highly dissappointed with this.

It is glitchy and sometimes won’t turn on, it will need to be repaired or replaced.

DON'T BUY! THIS DISHWASHER IS JUNK. IT LAST 1 YEAR AND 3 MONTHS AND THE SENSOR WENT ON IT. TAKE MY ADVISE AND BUY A CHEAPER DISHWASHER YOU CAN JUST THROW AWAY WHEN IT BREAKS AS THE ONES WITH SENSORS DON'T LAST LONG AT ALL. I HAD ANOTHER ONE GE THAT LASTED FOR 18 MONTHS AND THE SENSOR WENT AS WELL. ALL THE ELECTRONICS ON THESE ARE MADE IN CHINA AND ARE NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY.

I have purchased several dishwashers, and am a fan of KitchenAid products; however NOT this dishwasher. While it cleans the dishes, using a rinse aid, it leaves streaks in the drying process. The drying process is what I have the biggest problem with. Even though it has an "extended heat" feature, when the door is opened, there is still quite a bit of moisture on the stainless steel door. I am very unhappy with this product!

OUT OF SERVICE 3 WEEKS SO FAR BECAUSE OF REPAIRS AND WAITING FOR REPAIRS. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I HAVE GOT TO USE IT MAYBE, 3 WEEKS SINCE 1-14-22 INSTALL. I SMELL A LEMON.

not happy with service from Best Buy purchased dishwasher was not installed on the date scheduled when they did install it the guys didn't attach the outside bottom panel and it fell offf called scheduled for them to come and fix it didn't show up on scheduled date and didn't call me I made 4 calls and didn't get it repaired had to call Best Buy back and schedule another apoointment will see if this happens the guys also let water get all over my hardwood floors and they bucked up trying to get that repaired I don't recommend Best Buy

The washing machine was suppose to be installed by the delivery team. They noticed a small amount of corrosion on one of the water supply valve and despite the fact that the water could be turned off completely at the valve, they refused to do the installation. I had to make all the connections myself.

Damaged front panel. Was given 150.00 gift card but I believe the 150.00 should have been taken off the cost of the product instead.

This item arrived with a bent front door which the installer immediately said needed replacing and set up the replacement.

Horrible all around, spent almost thousand dollars ,got set up and tried to use it and all i got was an " motor control failure, call service" now we have to wait for another machine to be delivered and set up. Had to give product a 1 , there is no option for a zero rating

I can't rate this appliance except to say that it does not work at all, and I'm having to wait five days for a technician to come and try to fix it.
