Finally, after third attempt, got the KitchenAid dishwasher that will definitely HEAT DRY the dishes. All the others I bought did NOT actually dry the dishes such as plastics on top rack. They were always wet and the inside door was always wet. Have the Geek Squad Svc to exch for free which is awesome also. Love the KitchenAid.
